I’ve looked into this a little more since Martin brought it up, and I’ve heard some other reports of people getting sets with some mixed-up discs. So far, no one’s brought to me a better solution than returning them to the store for a complete set, but you should definitely be able to do that.

I just got home today from Best Buy with my Torchwood DVD set and I have two disc 6 and no disc 7. Looks like I will have to go back to the store and try to swap it out.

I haven’t seen a release about this being a widespread problem, but you never know. My first plan of attack would be to take it back to the store where you bought it, and ask if they can exchange it for one with all 7 discs. They shouldn’t have a problem returning a defective copy.

I have since discovered that they had mistakenly placed two copies of “Disc 7″ in the DVD compilation. I am assuming that the missing episodes are on the missing disc #6.How can this be rectified?

HI , I bought the season one dvd set.The last two episodes were not on the disks.They are listed inside the table of contents on the inside flap.What gives?Season one implies all the shows, NO? Disappointed and peeved.

Torchwood was surprisingly impactful for me. I didn’t expect much of it, but it, along with Doctor Who and Life on Mars, has become one of my favorite foreign TV shows. Can’t wait for season two, and congrats to the BBC for showing the new season in the US at the same time it shows in the UK.
