Like some have mentioned OKLAHOMA CITY on the road unis looks a little cramped but it’s not as bad as some suggest. From the start, I’ve been partial to the color.
No one in the Big 12 has sky blue, colors usually associated with North Carolina and UCLA on the two coasts. It will set the Thunder apart in this region, both in college and professionally. My guess is the road unis will grow on fans the more they see them.

Bad start. But as any coach will tell you when the ball doesn’t go in the hoop it’s hard to look good. But the Thunder also has had way too many turnovers in the early going.
You don’t want to overanalyze the first 7 minutes of any game, much less a preseason opener, but the starting five did not have a good first shift.

Need much more data to reach any conclusions on Brian Davis and Grant Long, the Thunder’s TV announcers. Early on their observations have been good.

Why the heck did they start this thing in Billings? Why not some larger city?

It may have been in the works for some time, and Billings is just about halfway between the Twin Cities and Seattle. The crowd seems to be having fun, though.

Im actually suprised we hung in there without all of our big men.
Just glad to see the guys fight hard.

Go OKC Potatoes!!!

Is is just my computer or are others of you getting the blog post in a foreign language which I do not recognize? heh! Plus some weird symbols on top.

I thought that the road unis looked good … and what about Wilkins’ 19 points in only 16 minutes! Westbrook had moments of brilliance, for sure. Wilcox very good, also. Green & Durant (and other starters) gave little to write home about, but, hey, its preseason and the 1st of those, at that. I’m feeling good.
