Just got off the phone with Kevin Durant
I asked him about facing more pressure without Ray Allen. He doesn’t seem worried at all. This kid sounds confident, mature and ready to be a dominant player. I can’t wait to see him play.

Looks like Knicks got something right
NYK sending Steve Francis and Channing Frye to Portland for Zach Randolph, Dan Dickau and Fred Jones. Good move for both sides.
Portland would have three quality bigs in Oden, Aldridge and Frye to play along with Francis and Brandon Roy. Although I don’t see Portland holding onto Francis. He can be a nice addition, a veteran that the Blazers need to try to make the playoffs this year. But he also has a lot of baggage that could rub off on a young roster. Is he worth the risk?
Meanwhile, the Knicks would have a nice lineup of Eddy Curry, Zac Randolph, Quentin Richardson, Jamal Crawford and Stephon Marbury. Are the Knicks back?

I’m a happy man
Look out for my Wiz
Let’s go Wizards
That’s my team. Nick Young would make me VERY happy. Expect to hear from us next season. Cavs wouldn’t have been in the Finals if Gilbert Arenas and Caron Butler were healthy. Cleveland would have lost to the Wiz in the first round.
Why have regret???
Looks like the Hornets won’t have any regret for passing on Wright. They got him. Obviously he’s not a shooter, but the Hornets don’t really need shooters as much as they say they do if Peja and Bobby Jackson are healthy. They’ve also got Rasual Butler and, if he resigns, Jannero Pargo. That’s four shooters. Like I said, Peja can play the two and Julian Wright can be plugged into Desmond’s spot at the three. Wright, while he can’t shoot, can run the floor and be the perfect fit in the Hornets’ uptemp offense. That is, if the boys ever decide to commit to playing fast.
Hornets on the clock
Pay attention, Hornets fans, those of you who haven’t jumped off their bandwagon and onto Seattle’s. Julian Wright is on the board and I don’t think the Hornets expected him to be. They didn’t bring him in for a workout. He isn’t what they need, but Byron Scott loves him, and as we all know he is an incredible athlete. I think the Hornets’ war room is debating between Nick Young and Wright. My gut says they take Young but regret that they could have had Wright. Remember, Peja can play the two and you could put Wright at the 3.

Stephen A.
I like how he held on to the information he knew until the very last second. Obviously somebody let him in on the pick.
Stephen A.
Say what you want about him. He tells it like it is.
