Seattle making a trade!!!
WOW! Sonics are trading Ray Allen to Boston for the #5th pick, Delonte West and Wally Szczerbiak, according to Andy Katz. Allegedly, the Celts will pick Jeff Green for the Sonics. Sounds like a great trade for the Sonics, but I wouldn’t take Green. I like Brewer. Oh Well. West should come in and be the point guard, so they don’t have to worry about Luke Ridnour. That tells me, he’s officially trade bait. What this trade also tells me is that new Sonics GM Sam Presti is already cutting cost and dedicated to rebuilding.
