PIZZA- 06/19/2209- QUEENS, NEW YORK
Retired master sgt. Mark Evans, (r), DHL, Pizzeria Uno, veterans and the Girl Scouts of Nassau County helped load 28,000 pizzas onto a DHL cargo plane destined for U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Operation Pizza surge was started by ret. sgt. Mark Evans of Ill.
