Bumper Stickers Say A Lot About A Person
Bumper stickers tell a lot about drivers
I’m not a bumper sticker type of guy. I don’t have one on my car, but I do like to read them on other vehicles.
You can learn a lot about a perfect stranger just by the bumper sticker on their car. I can tell what college team they support, their religious view or political affiliation.
I can tell you if they have an honor student or a student who can beat up the other person’s honor student. I know if you belong to a fraternity or sorority, and I can tell if you have a sense of humor.
Oddly, I haven’t seen a lot of presidential campaign stickers around Edmond lately. But I have seen a collection of interesting stickers in the past few days.
This sticker was on an Acura: “Shhh! I’m Listening To A Book.”
The driver of this car obviously was not a morning person: “Give Me Coffee And No One Gets Hurt.”
The guy behind the wheel of this car is either having marital problems or soon will be: “My Wife’s Other Car Is A Broom.”
This sticker was on the back of a Volkswagen bug: “Honk If You Love Peace And Quiet.”
I couldn’t agree more with the sentiments expressed on this sticker: “Hang Up And Drive.”
