Daredevil film rights revert back to Marvel

Good things come to those who wait, and Marvel was super patient as they watched 20th Century Fox completely run the Daredevil property into the ground; read: Fox did absolutely nothing with it. Yesterday, on Oct. 10, Marvel regained the film rights to the Daredevil property, because Fox couldn’t (or wouldn’t) meet the production deadline to get a project up and running.
Fox did a little bit with the characters, making “Daredevil” and “Elektra,” but those movies weren’t quality. “Daredevil” was miscast, poorly written and poorly edited. “Elektra” is just a disgusting stain on Fox’s long history, and an equally disgusting stain on Jennifer Garner’s resume.
Now that Marvel has Daredevil back (which includes characters like Bullseye, Elektra, Purple Man, and the villainous group The Hand), what will they do with it all?
I have two suggestions: First would be to put Daredevil on the small screen, in an ABC drama/superhero show. It’ll directly compete with shows like “Arrow” and “The Walking Dead.” Second idea would be to have Daredevil join the Avengers in an upcoming film. He does live in Hell’s Kitchen, and the Avengers are located in New York City, so it’d make sense that Matt Murdock would join up with the premiere team.
Or, heck, a third idea: Do both.
(Side note: If Marvel and Disney do a TV show, they could introduce other characters like Iron Fist and Luke Cage, which may not be able to carry their own feature films.)
Congratulations, Marvel: You just got quite the present handed to you. Now go and do something good with it.

I say, have him show up as Matt Murdock in Avengers 2 as a lawyer working for SHIELD. Or, have Stark hire him for help in keeping his suits. Murdock first, Daredevil later.
