Riddler could have been in ‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ and played by Leonardo DiCaprio
The latest issue of Empire magazine has filled with Batman-related goodies, and Collider picked out some of the more interesting tidbits about “The Dark Knight Rises” and Christopher Nolan’s, Jonathan Nolan’s and David Goyer’s original ideas for the movie. Empire also explains that Warner Bros. executives wanted Riddler for the final chapter in Nolan’s Batman saga; and they wanted Leonardo DiCaprio to play him.
