Telecommuting is really effective and our company can even prove it. We’ve been hiring telecommuters for our e-commerce business since last year and they’re very good at website designing. At first, we were thinking to hire a local designer but their price is very high which we could not afford just for a startup. Nevertheless, we’ve seen growth in our business. Just make sure you have guidelines to manage a telecommuter effectively.
