Especially the need to ‘mourn’ the loss of expectations. Having witnessed bottom after bottom after bottom (or so it would appear to the average eye); he needs to reach his next one without my participation or observation. I am hopeful Social Services will be able to offer help. I’m totally out of ideas and must now focus instead on totally trusting God.
