Rohde's Power Poll 10/6/09

Wow. Very nice. And he gets paid for this?

1. Texas (4-0; 1-0): Clearly the league’s elite team.

2. Kansas (4-0; 0-0): Figures to beat up on Iowa State.

3. Nebraska (3-1; 0-0): Thursday night game at Missouri.

4. Oklahoma (2-2; 0-0): Offense loses another star player.

5. Missouri (4-0; 0-0): Key North contest against Huskers.

6. Oklahoma State (3-1; 0-0): Time to show what it can do.

7. Texas Tech (3-2; 0-1): Beat up, but victorious vs. Lobos.

8. Baylor (2-2; 0-0): Limping along without Robert Griffin.

9. Texas A&M (3-1; 0-0): Weaknesses exposed vs. Arkansas

10. Kansas State (3-2; 1-0): Blocked PAT secures league win.

11. Iowa State (3-2; 0-1): Heartbreaking loss against Wildcats.

12. Colorado (1-3; 0-0): More bad news; must travel to Texas.

Wow. Imagine that. An OSU player gets some recognition for something, and Rhode has to compare it to AND favor an OU player with more information for us about him. Rhode, you are genuinely the worst writer for the worst paper. OH, how is that "power poll" working for you now? OU second? Didn't Iowa State beat Nebraska? Maybe ISU is that good. Oh wait, OSU had the second string QB in during the 4th quarter with a blowout win. Zac looked good, but I bet you can write an article on how L. Jones is just as good. Really....I would not be surprised.
