		<description><![CDATA[Then how is it so easy for OU to schedule home and homes with Notre Dame, Ohio St., Tennessee,and LSU in the future, and have had Fla St the past 2 years? Doesn&#039;t make sense at all to say its difficult to schedule the games. Sounds like its difficult to follow through with the difficult games that have been scheduled.

Sometimes the contracts are held up. Sometimes they aren&#039;t. And as Martin says, sometimes it has nothing to do with your school&#039;s desire to play. Like when a school calls and says, &quot;Thanks but no thanks&quot;, there&#039;s not a lot you can do.
Also, I think it&#039;s important to remember that OU hasn&#039;t been without its own scheduling scramble. The Sooners are playing Florida A&amp;M because they, like the Cowboys, found themselves without the number of non-conference games they needed due to conference realignment. That hit just about everyone&#039;s non-conference schedule.
