		<description><![CDATA[Chip is the ultimate trooper. I was the freshman he was demonstrating the drill for. The incident marks one of the scariest days of my life. The really crazy part is once Chip was back in action he continued to help the rest of us pursue greater heights even while he was struggling with his injury. I have had many good times with Chip both prior and post accident and consider myself a better competitor and person as a result.]]></description>
