MUSIC MUSE with Stardeath and the White Dwarfs
There’s no denying the similarities between Stardeath and the White Dwarfs and the Flaming Lips.
1. Lips frontman Wayne Coyne is Stardeath frontman Dennis Coyne’s uncle
2. Both bands want to freak you out in a good way
3. Both make OKC a better place to live
In the case of experimental space exploration freak folk rock these similarities are totally OK. If that’s too much for your head to wrap around in the morning then know this: there are two ways of getting into outer space.
1. Joining NASA and using expensive and wildly heavy rocket equipment
2. Watching this music video for Stardeath’s “New Heat”
