Big Dave is right! I am from a 5A school and went to a B game a few times to watch family play. They literally bring the entire town to away games. During play offs the let school out and can fill Midwest City’s gym with their fans! I have never seen such spirit before watching their games!

I will be looking forward to that, we were looking for coverage on the game when we played Millwood which was the best game i’ve ever witnessed with these two teams and nothing was posted not even the box score. Thanks for listening you are appreciated!!

It’s definitely something we’ll look at. I was very impressed watching Tecumseh play last Saturday in the finals of the Jones tourney. Would be nice to see a home game there.

We covered MWC on Tuesday, we’ve covered them several times this year, and I’m sure we will again in the near future. I’d say the Westmoore and Edmond Memorial games that are upcoming would be great chances to cover the Bombers.

A GREAT group of kids who work harder than any team I’ve
seen in a long time. Going undefeated thus far dispite
critics, REFS, and reporters. The coaching there is amazing!
They teach the kids more than just basketball. Things that

You should consider covering any home Tecumseh game. You will not see a more intense game anywhere in the state guaranteed!! They have the most incredible student section…they all wear 6th man shirts because trust me they are!! It is very exciting!! Hope to see you in T-Town.

Divas, I covered the Northeast girls twice when they won the Mid-Del Tournament. Since that point, they’ve had only one moderately competitive game. It’s our job as writers to provide the readers with coverage of the most intriguing storylines, and blowouts don’t interest the vast majority of our readers. I think Northeast is one of the two or three best teams in the state in any class, so we’ll definitely be covering them more and more as the season goes on. It’s just been tough the last few weeks, because they haven’t had many interesting games, and we don’t always get provided with box scores from their games, so we don’t have information to pass on to the readers.

I agree, Big Dave! 6a ball is nothing compared to small town ball. I’ve been involved in both, currently Edmond. Not even comparable and if you don’t think so try a rival small town game sometime!

Vote for Bethel/Dale game. This game is called the I-40 Shootout. Bethel tragically lost a young man several years ago by the name of Kyle Lewis in a car accident. Kyle was an All-State Golfer headed back from the All-State games when the accident happened. The I-40 Shootout raises money for a scholarship in his name. The publicity for this fundraiser would be an awesome thing. Even if your not from here please go vote and help us out

Big Dave, we’ll be doing this Fans’ Choice poll a couple more times before the playoffs start, and we’ll continue to select teams from a variety of classes, just like this week with four classes represented from a variety of geographic locations. If there are some top A or B games in the metro, I’m sure we’ll include them.

Real ball? Lol. 5a and 6a is the classes that people care about, not some hillbilly po dunk towns. Mwc is the best team in the state, possibly the country. And theyre 6a. I think there’s more than just parents that show up.

Why don’t you cover Midwest City Boys Basketball???
They are ranked #1 in the state and ranked #17 in the NATION!!! There has been very little to no coverage of them on this site at all! They’re UNDEFEATED… How many teams in our state are still undefeated??? Just wanted to know why…

The Perkins-Tryon Lady Demons (Division 3A) are currently undefeated and have a tough Cimarron River “rival” game coming up on February 12 at nearby Cushing, OK.
