Lea, still no word on that, but as soon as I know something, I’ll post it. I was told on Twitter that the games are listed on the channel guide on Dish, but the person didn’t say what channel they were showing on. I’d guess 451 might be the location again, but that’s just a guess.

Just received an email from Fox on the matter. DirecTV informed Fox on Thursday that it would not be able to carry the 6A final. Both the 4A and 5A games will air on DirecTV 680 and 680-1 HD.

Dave,
We most often cover the teams that are in our primary circulation area, though we make an effort to include everyone. Not sure you can say Class A is “always left out” as we’ve covered games recently involving Wayne, Cashion and Crescent. We haven’t covered Texhoma much this year but if they get past this week against Ringling, we’ll certainly be writing about them next week.

We definitely know the Panhandle exists. I’ve been up there to Texhoma to cover a basketball tournament a couple years ago.

why is class a always left out by oklahoma city especially no reporting of panhandle teams it is outright discrimination against any team not close to central oklahoma. I know the press is lazy and will not travel to the panhandle but give us a break we do exist.
