You are right in the fact that I was wrong by saying they don’t have the horses, they do. Am I am sure they will get it figured out the deeper they get into district play. I do not have the privileged of coaching there but I am an alumni and take pride in the foundation my class set in the late 90′s. I was wrong in the way of approaching how i felt, but i said what i needed. I still feel it is wrong to be so harsh as to say Coach Hall-Bush and compare his coaching to how bush handled Katrina. However you are entitled to your opinion. I just hope that you are an active member of the booster club and are doing your part as well.

Hey mac ross, pay more attention, they didn’t have any time outs left. So they couldn’t have ran the ball! But nice try. It was a good call it just didn’t work out, if the ball is incomplete they have a chance to kick a field goal. I don’t know a lot about football just a fan but I have watched enough to know you can’t run the ball with 5 sec left and no timeouts. I coach middle school football so i don’t have to put in hours that those guys do. I think it is rude to judge someone for doing a job that you are not qualified to do.

Where were all these great coaching minds when the applications came in for the head coaching job. Exactly take your high school diploma and keep winning little league championships. Keep up the fight coach hall. You can’t win a race if you don’t have the horses!

To the earlier commenter that said Coach Huff sales dreams…well that is what is what football is…don’t come selling nightmares…that is for Freddy Kruger.
If you believe Midwest City can beat Jinks or Union for the Title we need you to get drug tested on Monday morning. Coach Hall may have won at Star Spencer and Tulsa but 6A is a different cup of tea!

I have been coming to midwest city games for the last 30years.
I have never seen the midwest city bombers coaching staff dress
look so bad on the sideline. They don’t iron clothes or nothing.
They don’t look presentable for the jr. varsity or freshmen. The
coaches need to represent the school better.

job section is hiring former coaches that majored in disaster

This statement is Based on the fact that I may not know football however I know facts! The fact is that the MWC Bombers have given up 500 yards on defense for the last three games. A previous commenter stated the defense coordinator of MWC has college coaching experience! Where did this coach allegedly coach?
Did he coach at Oklahoma’s finest, Rose State College, or at Arizona’s finest the University of Ph! Another blogger stated that Coach Hall is doing one hell of a job! Yes he is! In fact his antics are similiar to the way President Bush handled the affair of Hurricane Katrina! We should rename Coach Hall to Coach Hall Bush! How do you get out coached by DEL CITY? That is like minny me dunking in the NBA finals on Lebron James! It JUST DOSENT MAKE SENSE. Next, let us move on to the offensive coordinator aka COACH MOZART! He acquired this new moniker on last night by playing musical quarterbacks! It should be obvious that number one is the better quarterback for MWC! During the fourth quarter Coach Mozart called a roll out pass with 14 seconds left in the game. The quarterback threw a interception and lost the game. The better play would have been to run the football up the middle with QB #1, call a timeout, kick the field goal, win the game! This is checkers it aint chess? If I don’t trust my kicker get another kicker. Losing a game is one thing however losing your players is another. MWC is almost 75% there. Coach Hall Bush, if you lose against US GRANT we will need your RESIGNATION on the following Saturday morning.

Thanks for the last two comments. I see more than just the scoreboard. I see this is an incredibly young team, with a backup QB ( who is quite impressive thus far) who has played a tough schedule and has barely let games slip past them. I think by the time week 14 comes along these guys may just still be in the mix of things. Keep in mind that this group of guys is the same group that Deion’s all star team couldn’t find a way to beat…

Bombers will be ok…

Well said Taylor! Let it be known that Hall is a hell of coach! I also had the pleasure of working him for several years. He is a hard worker and down to earth good man. I think that there is some HATERAID going on in Bomber land! What are you two guys afraid of “CHANGE!”? Because it is there and already happened. Let Hall and his do there jobs anf coach those young men! You two guys do your jobs and be supportive of MWC!

The expectaions that are at Mwc are very realistic. Joey Jones …WOW is the right word to use …even though you used it sarcasticly…..Coach Hall won at Star Spencer ,,,,not only did he win ,,,he did something that no other coach has done.(they have only won 3 games in the 3 YEARS hes been gone)….1995 is a long time ago…going 10-0 then losing to westmoore ….or 11-0 and going out in the second round is not what Hall is about.They dont give out “state semi-finalist rings”..he is about putting together competitive team that gets better as the season goes along. Because Mr. deep pockets used to buy this and that for the booster club to let little joey play, those days are gone…..my name is who I am I don’t have to hide from the truth , or scared they may know who I am….I worked with this so called clown that you called out, I’m willing to bet that you my freind ,think xbox plays from Madden 13 really work….They have flushed more knowledge down the toilet than you know right now…..and MWC FAN……your name says it all,,typical front runner (I bet you would paint your shoes gold if they were to make it to the finals) ..you dont know SQUAT…..rose didnt want the job dumbo …He is happy where he is….MWC stubbed their toe YEARS ago when they let RON SMITH go to deer creek with his son and win state….he later went to Owasso…who did they hire VERVERKA….who got the job because of politics and playing golf with the superintendent..but to sit back and call a coach who is only one of 2 coaches in state history to win state at 2 different schools in consecutive years…….plainly put joey the noey and mwcfan…YOU’RE THE DUMB ONES,,,BECAUSE THE 2 THINGS HALL HAS IS WHAT YOU SAID MWC IS LACKING …..LEADERSHIP AND DISCIPINE…..and they wont go 1-9 this year

Okay Joey Jones first learn how to spell Rideau correct. Second, Hall got everything under control just like he had things in Spencer and at Booker T. I believe when he won state at Star he was 1-2 to start off. Oh and that D Coordinator is on his 13 yr of coaching and been around on 2 colleges staffs, Oh don’t let me forget he was the D Coordinator on that 09 state team at Star as well. And what do your son play why u worried about Williams son or can your son spell better then you when he write in his diary at nite. And MWC FAN what do you know about football period!

I totally agree Hall is allowing MWC to be the laughing stock of 6A football. No leadership no disipline allowing coaches that had no impact with Huff to take leadership roles that they are not prepared for. This team has seniors on the sideline watching sophomore give up 40 point a game. The defensive coordinator is the worst. The future is now This is honestly the worst coaching staff in 6A. Rose deserved that head coaching job

miturned mwcdwest city hires this clown ok he won state titles at STAR SPENCER WOW he had redough he should have won 3 with this kid he have turned mwc upside down his coaching staff is a joke a def coach that 31 that loves the prevent def anf the off coach that is the biggest coach and dont even trust his qb to throw a 20 yard pass the rest of the staff is a joke also huff stooges hall had to keep to get the job we are 0 and 2 and will go 1 and 9 under his leadership huff really taught his stooges well and last but not lease williams he has a son that 6 foot 2 that dont even play football for him what a joke how can those kids listen to a coach that cant coach his own son.

Huff did nothing at midwest city but coat tail the flanders brothers, stayed in a easy district and played an easy non district schedule.
He is not in Oklahoma anymore. Prop up what we have here.
the guy that took Huffs place has 2 State titles under his belt. your Oklahoma media and College Coaches give the State of Texas to much Credit. the OU vs Texas game is nothing but Texas Vs Texas Players. Know Clout.
