Thanks Ryan, I wasnt sure if that your all state team was picked by newsok or the coaches. I knew Dutton was a QB but he ran it as much or more then there RB. They are both talented players that need some recognition. The RB from Durant did what he did without there starting QB and played every snap of the game. The young man from Guthrie was fun to watch as well.

DODGE, Our All-State team will be out Jan. 1. Our team is for players of any class. Most districts only choose seniors for their All-District teams though some allow underclassmen to be honored. Those players will definitely be considered (Although Dutton is a QB).

Ryan when will the newsok all state list come out? Is this for all classes or just seniors? The reason I ask is there are several RB in 5A that are really talented and I was lucky enough to watched them play once or twice but have kept up with them but they are just juniors. 1 is Dakota Diessner from Durant 10 games 1099 yards with 15 TDs and 6 TDs recieving. the other is Dutton from Guthrie 14 games 1261 yards 11 tds. Do they get consideration or are they to young?
