He took a program that was on life support, & in 5 season he has 1, State title, 2 State title appearances, 2 District titles, 4 playoff appearances, & has reestablished Douglass as a consistent championship contender. Although they were upset in the 1st round, he has done a wonderful job in the Northeast community, look at the all the recognition & attention that he has brought to Douglass since his arrival. Those kids are once agian proud to be a Trojan. His lack of recognition by this conference is so disappointing. It is one thing to have a good year, but to consistently have a championship quality program in OKC schools is something to be recognized.
