There are open meeting laws that would&#039;ve made that difficult, plus the board members would&#039;ve had to miss an extra day or partial day at school. Not saying you don&#039;t have a point that it would&#039;ve been nice to be able to move on to the next step in this process or move on but can understand why they would decide against that. Not sure it&#039;ll make much of a difference in the timeline of how this plays out.]]></description>
