Dawn, you must either be delusional or just a bitter Moore fan that’s stuck in 1996. We’ve always had visitor lockers, and the visitor stands are great. It only seems that way because your team gets kicked around by the bombers, which makes for a long night. Just ask Enid tonight..

I guess expectations are low in the area. The stadium is old and needs a lot of TLC. The visitor’s side is horrible beyond belief. The visitor’s had no locker room last year and had to sit on the curb behind the stands at half time. How fair is that. It was dirty, smelly and visitor’s seating was in sad repair. A true accident waiting to happen. It’s one of the worst stadiums in the Metro area.

It had better atmosphere before the ice storms took out the row of hedges on the east side of the field. They replaced it with black material attached to the fencing. Just not the same.

I said it was in the neighborhood across 15th, which is correct. The stadium itself is almost exactly like Del City’s but the setting and mystique of Rose Field make it stand out.

We know it is not on the list for uniqueness since Del City’s stadium is pretty much a carbon copy of the place. Plus it is not right across 15th street from MCHS. It is a few streets away from it. It is on the campus of Jarman Jr. High (the old MCHS)
