Mount St. Mary’s Chris Stiles can coach — and dance?
I already knew Chris Stiles could coach football. What I didn’t know about were his dance moves.
Check out the above video, produced by Mount St. Mary media student Derek Miracle and teacher Greg Spencer to preview the upcoming football season.
Stiles has the school excited about football heading into the 2011 season. I wrote about his past success and the veteran coaching staff he’s put together a couple weeks ago.
The video itself is really cool and fun. But to see Stiles’ dance moves, you have to pay really close attention at about 0:25.
The Rockets open their 2011 season tonight at Crooked Oak. And I guess whether he dances like that tonight depends on how his team performs.

I didn’t see him dancing last night, because the Ruf Nex sent them home with a loss. 24 to 6. Go Ruf Nex…
The video is great! Not only do I look forward to many more videos, but I also look forward to what the future holds for the Rocket football team. Yes, they walked away from the first game with a loss. However, the Rockets displayed many good things throughout the game. The first half the Rockets looked really good. Although the defense gave up a couple big plays, they had a pretty sound game. The team as a whole looks better each time they take the field for a scrimmage or a game. The team showed a great deal to build on and there is a lot of potential with this team. Don’t count them out…GO ROCKETS!

Nice video from MSM multi-media class and yes Coach Stiles has some moves! Nice first half vs Crooked Oak last night. A couple of big plays in the second half and a few too many turnovers cost the Rockets the game. They are a more disciplined team this year, no doubt about that. Keep getting better Rockets!!!
