My son is a Sr. this yr & has been playing for NWC since his Freshmen yr. Honestly, a coach can only do so much…the players have to be willing to work just as hard & be disciplined on all levels. Also, it would help if we had more school & parent support. The last few yrs it was Coach Rob,my husband & myself & literally about 7 other parents making sure all NWC players were fed each week.
