Just like the year before with the exit of Brunner, the Tigers of Norman High have dropped a level from where they were the previous year. Due to an injury, the exiting of players, and ineligible players, Norman High doesn't have the caliber of players they once did. I guess now we'll see if Coach Mossman can actually win with players within her own district because everyone knows she can win with other coaches' good players.

It's too bad the other high school within the Norman school district can't compete because that would at least slowdown some of the shuffling of good young players from within their own district. However, from what friends have told me of Tuesday night's game with Del City, Norman North is just as inept as Norman High and quite possibly even worse. Of course what can you expect from a team that lives and dies from long range set shots, doesn't rebound, and the post girl has already packed in for the season after securing her scholarship offer before the season began. Of course when there's no quaility relief for the big girl, what can you do...nothing.

Look for a long season for both girls teams in the Norman school district this season.
