Interestingly, Don Calvert has never stopped coaching. It’s been in his blood ever since he played for Iba, and was a student coach for him. Don coached my daughter in AAU ball back in 2005. And was still coaching two years ago when he helped take a summer boys team to national competition – at the Adidas Super 64 in Las Vegas. He’s an amazing man.
