I was thumbing through 6A information and came across this article. My heart saddens that a great coach is gone. I was a student in the late 70′s and early 80′s at Western Heights. He was a man of God and wanted students to know Christ. I was a cheerleader so I was around coach alot. We went to the same church “South Lindsay” in OKC. When we would have revival at church, he would say “Terri, we got to get the kids to church this week.” We would team up and get the players and pep club and cheerleaders to come. I can remember some of those kids experienced revival and came to know christ because of his leadership and influence. He really impacted my live and alot of kids. Thanks for reminding me of his life.
