I’m from Mustang and have followed Mustang sports for 20 years. I’m glad that the Ramons have made such a positive impact on the team. I do have concern about how the Ramons came to play for Norman. How is it that the system allows a player to just up and transfer anytime a player gets sideways with a coach? You can absolutely come up with any excuse you want to relocate to an apartment across town. Back when I was playing you had to set out a year if you transfered, didn’t matter if you couldn’t get along with people or your parents changed jobs. I suppose the real question is how can an individual or family become bigger than the team? I was taught to work out differences and if you weren’t a starter then work harder at getting better at your sport or position.
