OCS has new quarterback

Oklahoma Christian sophomore quarterback Landon Greve had a breakout season in 2006.

Greve completed 195-of-344 passes for 3072 yards and 25 touchdowns, and it seemed that OCS would be in quarterback heaven for the next two seasons. With a sophomore year like that, his skills could only go up.

And they still might, but not at OCS. Greve and his family have moved to Colorado to get a “fresh start” after his father’s death, according to OCS coach Tracy Holland.

Converted wide receiver George Overbey, a senior, will take over the quarterbacking duties for the Saints in 2007. For more information, be sure to read The Oklahoman Thursday, when there will be a more detailed story about Overbey.
