I found a lot of motivating information from Alicia Silverstone&#039;s book called The Kind Diet, though some of her recipes were a little out there. I found LOTS of great, simple recipes from books by Neal Barnard. And there&#039;s a book called the 30 Day Vegan Challenge that I found really helpful. There&#039;s a website called the Happy Herbivore that has really great recipes, too, for basic foods we&#039;re all accustomed to.]]></description>
