Kanye West wants people to cut Chris Brown some slack
Rapper and wannabe singer Kanye West believes we should cut Chris Brown some slack regarding the alleged fight with his ex-girlfriend R&B singer Rihanna.
Watch the clip below to find out what he said.
Chris Brown takes anger management classes
Chris Brown is apparently trying to put a positive spin on his shattered image.
The R&B singer recently began attending anger management classes in Glendale, California, according to the New York Daily News.
He is due in court March 5, and this will probably look good to the judge if Brown shows that he took anger management classes.
Maybe the judge will go easy on him for allegedly beating up his girlfriend Rihanna.
After seeing those Rihanna abuse photos, he’s probably going to need 10 years worth of anger management therapy before he’s completely cured.

Photos of Rihanna’s injuries after attack by Chris Brown
TMZ published the first police photos that shows the injuries and bruises that singer Rihanna suffered during an alleged incident with her then boyfriend R&B singer Chris Brown.
Brown was arrested Feb. 8 accused of assaulting Rihanna.
As you can see, she has two black eyes, two bumps on her forehead and bloody swollen lips.
After seeing the photos , I am no longer a Chris Brown fan, and I will NEVER support his entertainment career again.
The photos are very disturbing. The only reason I am posting them is because everyone needs to understand how cruel domestic violence is. This issue is real and should not be swept under the rug.
Just because someone is a famous talented entertainer, that doesn’t mean they should be able to get away with abuse.
These photos likely will spark outrage, and that’s a good thing. Maybe people will start pressuring their politicians to pass tougher penalties for abusers.
Close-up pictures are posted below.

Rihanna’s father spoke to People Magazine about the incident that occurred between his daughter and Chris Brown but he didn’t offer specific details.
Brown was arrested last week accused of assaulting his girlfriend singer Rihanna.
During the interview, Rihanna’s father Ronald Fenty said “You think you know somebody, but you really don’t. There is some bruising. She will be all right. I think so. At some point, she will speak out. I hope she will stand up for women all over the world.”
On a side note, I’ve been browsing some entertainment Web sites, and several readers left disturbing comments suggesting that Rihanna is to blame because she probably provoked Chris Brown.
While everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinion, it’s important that we keep in mind Rihanna is the victim.
She is NOT the perpetrator, and she shouldn’t be blamed for this unfortunate incident.

Chris Brown releases a statement about the Rihanna incident

/* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:”Table Normal”; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:”"; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:”Times New Roman”; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} R&B singer Chris Brown is showing some remorse for his actions.Brown was arrested last week accused of physically assaulting his girlfriend singer Rihanna. He released a statement during the weekend that said “Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong.”He also said “While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else.”
I’m sure he is remorseful about what happened, and I’m sure he will indeed emerge as a better person after he’s done with counseling.
No one yet knows exactly what caused the fight, but we do know that Rihanna was beaten up.
Instead of releasing this statement to the public, he probably should have released a statement to Rihanna because she was the one who was physically beaten up and not the public.
Also this statement was released to the media through Brown’s publicist. I wonder if those are Brown’s words in the statement, or if his publicist is the one who drafted it.

Carrie Underwood and Ruben Studdard speak about Chris Brown/Rihanna incident
American Idol winners Carrie Underwood and Ruben Studdard recently commented to US Weekly magazine about the Chris Brown/Rihanna fiasco.
Underwood said, “They were fine at the Grammy party. I don’t think anybody actually knows what happened. I have no advice because, thank goodness, I’ve never been in any kind of abusive situation.”
She also said, “You hear a new one (rumor) every five minutes, and some of them are getting kind of ridiculous. I really hope everyone will lay off and just let everybody who’s involved figure out everything first.”
Season 2 American Idol winner Ruben Studdard said “I’m still praying for him. Everybody always has something negative to say about everything, and I always try to be positive. You never know what’s going on in people’s personal situations.
Well duh Ruben. When you beat up your girlfriend, of course people are going to say something negative about you.
Also, it’s okay if he says a prayer for Chris Brown, but he never said he was going to say a prayer for Rihanna.
She probably needs more prayers because she was the one who was beaten.

Chris Brown grew up in abusive home
In the aftermath of Chris Brown’s arrest on an assault complaint, Access Hollywood uncovered an interview where Brown talks about growing up with an abusive stepfather in an interview with Giant Magazine.
He told his mother, “I’m gonna take a baseball bat one day while you at work, and I’m gonna kill him.”
Also during the interview, he said “He used to hit my mom. He made me terrified all the time, terrified like I had to pee on myself. I remember one night he made her nose bleed. I was crying and thinking, ‘I’m just gonna go crazy on him one day,’ I hate him to this day.”
Brown was arrested early morning Feb. 9 accused of assaulting a young woman. Although the victim’s name hasn’t been released, multiple news organizations are speculating that the victim was his girlfriend singer Rihanna.
I hope Brown is able to overcome his demons, and it’s sad that he had to witness that type of behavior as a child. But if the allegations against him are true, that’s still no excuse for assaulting someone else.
He has to learn to break the cycle. Otherwise, he’s going to end up like his stepfather.
Also, about those Wrigley Doublemint gum commercials that Brown appears in. You won’t see those commercials for a while because the company is suspending those commercials as a result of the assault allegations.
Watch the clip of the commercial below because it might be the last time you will see it.

Chris Brown arrested for assaulting Rihanna?
R&B singer Chris Brown was arrested early Feb. 9 by the Los Angeles Police Department accused of assaulting a woman.
He was released on $50,000 bail.
Police released a statement that said at about midnight Sunday (Feb. 8), Chris Brown along with a female companion were arguing in a vehicle. The two exited the vehicle and continue to argue.
Someone called 911, and when police arrived, the woman told them Chris Brown attacked her. The officer said the woman had visible injuries.
They won’t officially release the name of the female companion because they wanted to protect her identity. However, several news organizations are reporting that the victim was his girlfriend singer Rihanna.
The couple was set to perform at the Grammy awards Sunday night, but they both canceled.
Rihanna’s publicist told E News that Rihanna was involved in a traffic mishap but she is fine.
We’ll have to wait until the investigation unfolds before we find out the details.
Brown and Rihanna are considered a power couple in the music industry. Both of them had a string of hits during the past two years and filled arenas during their concerts.
If these allegations are true, Chris Brown will no longer have a thriving career — and he doesn’t deserve to.

Brandy criticizes Beyonce and Rihanna’s style
It sounds like singer/actress Brandy Norwood is hatin’ on Beyonce and Rihanna’s style.
In an interview with US Weekly, Brandy was quoted as saying, “I love Rihanna’s style, and I’ve always loved Beyonce’s style, but my style is classy and simple and fashion forward.”
In other words, its sounds like she was suggesting that Beyonce and Rihanna are not classy.
Maybe Brandy just mispoke, or maybe she didn’t mean it to come across the way that it did. Either way, Brandy needs to start choosing her words wisely.
When it comes to Brandy, Beyonce and Rihanna, I would have to say Beyonce possesses the most class out of that group.

Photographer sues Chris Brown and Rihanna
A photographer filed a $1 million lawsuit against singer Chris Brown and his girlfriend singer Rihanna.
According to the St. Petersburg Times newspaper, the photographer is claiming that he tried to take a picture of the couple when Chris and Rihanna’s security beat him up and stole his $3,000 camera.
I smell a gold digger here. If the security guards are the ones who beat and robbed you, why don’t you just sue the guards instead of suing Rihanna and Chris Brown.
They had nothing to do with it. Guilt by association does not hold up in court.
