The story was first printed in US Weekly magazine.  Cibrian released a statement denying the affair.

He said “It is a fabricated story that is using random snapshots as connective tissue to create a scandalous relationship.”

However, US Weekly obtained footage from a surveillance camera that shows the two getting cozy with each other at a restaurant. 

 Throughout the video, it shows them holding hands, but if you fast-forward the video to 1:56 and 2:20, it shows them kissing each other.…
