DMX sentenced to jail for abusing pets
Hip hop star DMX had his day in court, and it wasn’t very pretty.
A judge sentenced him to 90 days in jail on convictions of marijuana possession, theft and animal cruelty.
He will also be put on 18 months probation.
The charges stem from an incident in 2007 when authorities searched his Arizona property and found three dead dogs, marijuana and some pit bulls that were malnourished.
That’s not a humane way to treat your pets.
Considering there were three of his dead pet dogs on his property, I would say he got off lightly if he only has to serve three months in jail.

DMX arrested for not showing up to court
DMX has always been good at running, but he is terrible when it comes to hiding–especially when someonesells him out for some cash.
The rapper was supposed to be in court to face drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty charges.
Instead, he missed a court date and tried to hide out, so authorities issued a $5,000 reward to anyone who knows of DMX’s whereabouts.
A citizen later spotted him, turned him in, and DMX was arrested. I’m sure the snitch probably already collected his/her $5,000 reward too.
It turns out that at the time of his arrest, DMX was at Scott Storch’s house.
Scott Storch is a popular music producer best known for producing “Lean Back” by Fat Joe, “Side Effects” by Mariah Carey, “Naughty Girl” and “Baby Boy” by Beyonce, “About Us” by Brooke Hogan, “Candy Shop” by 50 Cent and “Fighter” by Christina Aguilera.

Rapper DMX was hospitalized
Rapper DMX was hospitalized for an unknown reason, according to his lawyer Bradford Cohen.
Some people were speculating that he thought he was having a stroke, however, the lawyer wouldn’t confirm that.
The lawyer said “It was serious enough for him to be brought and taken into a treatment facility.
What’s ironic is that he just happened to mysteriously enter the hospital one day before he was scheduled to make a court appearance to face drug and animal cruelty allegations.
I’m not suggesting that he is faking an illness. I’m just saying it looks suspicious that he gets sick one day before his court appearance.
I don’t know. Maybe he’s scared of going to jail so he started hyperventilating and went to the hospital instead.

DMX arrested at a mall
If you’ve ever been so broke that you can’t pay your bills, then you can probably relate to DMX.
The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested July 19 at a Phoenix mall accused of giving a false name and social security in an attempt to try to get out of paying his hospital bills.
A county sheriff claims that when the superstar went to a Mayo clinic in Arizona, he used the name Troy Jones and failed to pay his bill after he left which was $7,500.
I’m not one to judge because on several occasions I’ve been in situations where I can’t afford to pay my bills.
Of course I’ve never made up a fake name and social security. However, if you can’t afford to pay a medical bill, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
As long as it wasn’t someone else’s social security number, I can’t judge him too harshly.
