Burt Reynolds checks into rehab
Burt Reynolds is doing what Michael Jackson should have been doing all along.
The 73-year-old actor checked himself into rehab to cope with his addiction to prescription medication.
At least he is taking care of problem before it progresses.
Reynolds’ publicist released a statement that said “After a recent back surgery, Mr. Reynolds felt like he was going through hell and after a while, realized he was a prisoner of prescription pain pills. He checked himself into rehab in order to regain control of his life.”
“Mr. Reynolds hopes his story will help others in a similar situation,” the statement continued. “He hopes they will not try to solve the problem by themselves, but realize that sometimes it is too tough to do on their own and they should seek help, as he did.”
Kelly Osbourne enters rehab
Kelly Osbourne has checked herself into reab this week for 30 days.
Her spokesperson issued a statement that said “Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues. Her family stands by and supports her.”
It’s unknown what she is being treated for, but five years ago she went to rehab to help kick a painkiller addiction.
Kelly’s behavior has been extremely bizarre during the past year. She was recently arrested for slapping a gossip columnist who made jokes about her boyfriend.

Guns N’ Roses drummer is back in rehab
Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler was admitted to drug rehab this week.
This is surprising to me because he just finished his treatment program with the VH1 reality show “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew,” and it looked like he was doing good on his road to recovery.
Adler was arrested during the summer on drug charges.

Tara Reid enters rehab
Tara Reid’s publicist told People magazine that the actress has entered Promises Treatment Center for rehab.
It’s unknown why she entered rehab, but my guess is that it’s either for alcohol, drugs or both.
Reid became famous when she starred in the 1999 cult classic film “American Pie.”
She also played in “Josie and the Pussycats” and “Van Wilder.”
Kirsten Dunst loves herself
In the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar, actress Kirsten Dunst talks about her stint in rehab to recover from depression.
In the article she says that Tom Cruise gave her a framed copy of Ron Hubbard’s Scientology Code of Honor to help her cope with her depression. (I’m not surprised by Tom’s actions at all)
Dunst said she is doing great now, and she is quoted in the article as saying “I’m happy single or not single. I love me, so I’m okay.”
Me and Kirsten have one thing in common…. I love myself too.

Heather Locklear leaves rehab
After doing four weeks of rehab, actress Heather Locklear returns home. Heather was seeking treatment for depression and anxiety.
Poor Heather. I feel so sorry for her. She’s beautiful, she’s rich, she’s famous, she lives in a gigantic house and she has enough money that she doesn’t have to work another day her life.
It must be Sooooo hard living the life that she has. No wonder she was so depressed.
