In October, Josh Duhamel’s face was plastered all over the tabloids and celebrity gossip magazines because a stripper came forward and claimed she had an affair with the actor.
Duhamel released a statement saying the accusations were false, and his wife Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie stood by his side.
Entertainment journalists began investigating Duhamel to determine whether the allegations were true. But something suddenly threw them off the trail.
That “something” was Tiger Woods. Everyone’s attention turned to Woods’ numerous sexual affairs that he engaged in throughout his marriage to Elin Nordegren.
The Tiger Woods scandal is starting to bore me because it’s the same story line with him. Every time I wake up in the mornings, a new mistress is on television talking about her explosive affair with Woods.
But maybe I’m just a little jealous because deep down inside I wish I had the ability to attract hundreds of women like Woods did. (I kid, I kid).
It seems no cares about the Duhamel’s situation anymore. Now that Woods’ admitted he cheated on his wife, I think it’s time for gossip journalists to return to the Duhamel story.
It’s still unknown whether Duhamel cheated on his wife. He says he didn’t, but the stripper says he did.

Country singer Carrie Underwood is expected to walk down the aisle. The “American Idol” winner is engaged to hockey player Mike Fisher.

Carrie Underwood is engaged to Ottawa Senators hockey player Mike Fisher, her publicist said Monday. No wedding date has been set for the couple, who have been dating for about a year.
“The couple couldn’t be happier,” said publicist Jessie Schmidt.

Fisher, 29, recorded his 300th career point for the Senators in their 4-1 win over the Minnesota Wild on Saturday. Fisher had an assist on Anton Volchenkov’s goal in the first period.
Asked by The Associated Press last month what Underwood’s family thought of Fisher, the 26-year-old singer said they were supportive.
“They love me and I would hope my parents would think we raised a good, smart girl, so she’s going to do the right thing no matter what it is,” she said.
Days before the CMA Awards in early November, Underwood did not know whether she would be spending the holidays with Fisher.
“Christmas, I don’t know. We haven’t really thought that far ahead. We kind of take it one week at a time,” she said then.
Underwood has kept her relationship largely under wraps, but she gave Fisher a very public shout-out in the liner notes of her current album, “Play On,” that was released Nov. 3. She wrote, “Thank you (No.) 12 (referring to his jersey number.) You are the most amazing addition to my life! You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person. I love you so much! You make my life better in every way!”

–Kevin Jonas, of the Jonas Brothers, married Danielle Deleasa on Saturday (Dec. 19) in Long Island, New York.
–Dean Sheremet filed for divorce from country singer LeAnn Rimes. The singer released a public statement that said “this decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another.” I think that statement is phony because there is no way they can remain friends. Rimes was caught cheating with actor Eddie Cibrian. That’s probably why Sheremet is divorcing her.
–Ivana Trump filed for divorce from husand Rossano Rubicondi. This will be her fourth marriage to end in divorce. Ivana was previously married to Donald Trump, George Syrovatka and Riccardo Mazzucchelli.
–Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are still married. Despite speculation that she is leaving Woods, no divorce papers have yet been filed.
Tiger Woods given a citation, no charges will be filed

Tiger woods can breathe a sigh of relief. Authorities announced they will not file criminal charges against the golfer regarding the car accident where he crashed into a tree and a fire hydrant.
Law enforcement officials held a news conference and said Woods will only receive a $164 fine for a traffic violation, and the case is now closed.
Although authorities have officially closed the case, the incident is still open in the tabloids and the mainstream media. People are still speculating about the infidelity rumors surrounding Woods’ marriage.
I’m still curious about Woods’ wife’s story. She told police she used a golf club to break out the back windows of the vehicle so she could help him escape the wrecked car. My problem with that story is whey didn’t she just break out the front windows? It would have been easier for him to escape through the front window, instead of climbing over the seats to get to the back window.
Something doesn’t add up here. I don’t think anyone should go to jail for this incident, but Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren need to confess what really happened on that night. Otherwise, members of the media are not going to drop this story.

Tiger Woods should talk about the accident

Most of the time, I support a celebrity’s right to privacy. If they don’t want to publicly talk about what goes on in their personal life, they should have the right to remain silent.
Unfortunately, that’s exactly what professional golfer Tiger Woods is doing regarding the vehicle accident he was involved in. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard how Woods crashed his vehicle into a fire hydrant and a tree in his neighborhood.
His wife Elin Nordegren told police she used a golf club to break out the back window to rescue Woods from the vehicle.
Since Friday’s accident, police officers have made numerous attempts to interview Woods to determine how and why the accident occurred.
However, Woods declined interview requests from the police officers. Florida law doesn’t require a driver to speak to police after an accident, but Woods’ silence is deafening.
I’ve never heard of an accident victim who refuses to speak to police–unless they have something to hide.
Rumors have been circulating that Woods and Nordegren were having a domestic dispute when Woods crashed his vehicle.
A tabloid recently printed a story accusing Woods of having an affair with a nightclub worker. The worker denies she had an affair with Woods. But many are speculating Woods’ domestic dispute had something to do with the cheating allegations.
We still don’t know how the accident occurred. According to the police report, alcohol was not a factor in the crash. So how did Woods wreck his vehicle into a tree and fire hydrant in his neighborhood?
Refusing to speak to police about the incident is only fueling speculation that there is a scandal involved. Police also want to look at Woods’ facial injuries to see if the injuries were caused by the accident or if he was assaulted by someone.
Woods has a clean reputation. If he wants to preserve that reputation, he’s going to have to start talking. This incident will not be swept under the rug. The tabloids and the mainstream media outlets have latched onto this story, and they’re not letting go until the public gets answers.
Where is his public relations team? They should have been on top of this incident from the start. I understand Woods wants to protect his wife and his reputation, but he needs to tell what happened as soon as possible. The longer he waits, the more suspicious it looks.
He already had to cancel out of the Chevron World Challenge golf tournament this week. It would be unfortunate to see someone’s career and reputation go up in flames because of a car accident.

Chelsea Clinton, the 29-year old daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, has become engaged to her longtime boyfriend, investment banker Marc Mezvinsky.
The couple sent an e-mail to friends Friday announcing the news. They said they were looking at a possible wedding next summer. Matt McKenna, a spokesman for the former president, confirmed the engagement Monday.
Mezvinsky is a son of former Pennsylvania Rep. Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky and former Iowa Rep. Ed Mezvinsky, longtime friends of the Clintons. Ed Mezvinsky was released from federal prison last year after pleading guilty in 2002 to charges of bank and wire fraud.
Last summer, Hillary Clinton was forced to tamp down speculation that her daughter and Mezvinsky were already engaged and would marry in August on Martha’s Vineyard. Those rumors proved to be false.
The couple became friends as teenagers in Washington and both attended Stanford University. They now live in New York, where Mezvinsky works at Goldman Sachs and Clinton is attending graduate school at Columbia University’s School of Public Health.
After shunning the public spotlight for years, Chelsea Clinton became a fixture on the campaign trail during her mother’s presidential bid in 2008, visiting colleges and universities around the country.

Celine Dion was never pregnant

Pop singer Celine Dion announced she was pregnant a few months ago, but it has now been determined she never was pregnant. It was a misdiagnosis.
Her husbandRene Angelil told the Journal de Montreal newspaper, “We are living the reality of the majority of couples who have to use IVF. The process can be long and arduous. But today, we are full of confidence. Celine is more determined than ever.”
Dion and Angelil’s first child (Rene Charles) was born in 2001. Despite this latest failed effort, the couple will try to have another child again.
I’m not certain how a doctor could misdiagnose a pregnancy, but they probably discovered the error when they noticed she wasn’t gaining weight after three months.
Shaq’s wife files for separation

The wife of Shaquille O’Neal filed for legal separation from the NBA superstar.
In the court papers, Va’shaundya O’Neal(also known as Shaunie) cited irreconilable differences.
The O’Neal couple have been married for seven years, and they share four children together.
In 2003, their marriage was put in the spotlight when Shaq’s former teammate Kobe Bryant told police Shaq cheats on his wife.
Bryant made those comments when investigators questioned him during the rape allegations against Bryant in Colorado.
Bryant told police O’Neal has affairs and“Shaq would pay his women not to say anything.”
Since Bryant snitched, it has been reported the O’Neal’s marriage has been on the rocks ever since.
In 2007, they filed for divorce, but they later reconciled.
Jennifer Lopez sues ex-husband over private tape

Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez is trying to stop her ex-husband from kissing and telling.
Lopez filed a $10 million lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa for violating a confidentiality agreement the former couple had.
Noa is preparing to release a film titled “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story.” According to TMZ, the movie will feature 11 hours footage that shows Lopez and Noa as husband and wife. The footage also shows Lopez in sexual situations during the honeymoon.
Lopez filed legal papers against Noa, accusing him of invasion of privacy and breach of contract. Lopez and Noa married in 1997, and they divorced in 1998.
If Lopez is successful at prevent the tape’s release, that won’t stop it from leaking to the Internet somehow.
Toni Braxton and Keri Lewis are separating

R&B singer Toni Braxton and Keri Lewis are separating from each other, according to Essence magazine.
The couple married in 2001, and they have two children together. Since they are only seperating and not filing for a divorce yet, there is a chance this couple could reconcile.
Braxton lit up the blogosphere when she passionately kissed R&B singer Trey Songz during a taping of the Soul Train Music Awards earlier this week. The show and the kiss will air Nov. 29.
Meanwhile Braxton’s new album will be in stores early next year. Lewis was a member of the R&B group Mint Condition, but he left the group to become a music producer.
Mike Fisher talks about dating Carrie Underwood
National Hockey League player Mike Fisher gave an interview with NHL Online, and he opened up about dating country singer Carrie Underwood.
Fisher said Underwood’s schedule makes it difficult for them to see each other frequently, but everything is good. He also talks about how they met.

Usher accuses ex-wife of scratching his car

There’s more drama going on between R&B singer Usher and his former wife Tameka Foster Raymond.
According to TMZ, Usher called the police on Tameka accusing her of intentionally scratching up his car.
Police said there was no evidence to suggest Tameka was the perpetrator.
Tameka’s representatives released a public statement that said “This is just another attempt to disparage Tameka. It’s simply an angry ploy that has no merit. Tameka’s own truck was scratched but it’s not clear how. The truck is registered in her name, it’s not even Usher’s car. Why would she vandalize her own vehicle?”
Although Usher and Tameka might be angry with each other, I think it’s important for them to keep their dirty laundry on the hush hush because they still have two children young children together.
Usher released a new song titled “Papers” earlier this week, and the lyrics describe the couple’s divorce. Click here to listen to the song.

When R&B singer Usher married his stylist Tameka Foster in 2007, many critics and fans predicted the marriage wouldn’t last long because they seemed like an unmatched couple.
The couple divorced two years later in 2009 after they had two children together. The short marriage even caused a rift between Usher and mother Jonetta Patton, who didn’t attend the wedding.
In his new song released Monday, Usher discusses his divorce to Foster. The song is titled “Papers,” and the lyrics describe why he chose to sign the divorce papers.
The lyrics to the song’s chorus are….”I done damn near lost my mama, I done been through so much drama, I done turned into the man that I never thought I’d be. I’m ready to sign them papers, papers, papers. I done took all I can take, but you leave me no option girl. Did Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel break up?
Did Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel break up? That’s what a popular entertainment magazine is alleging.
Timberlake and Biel are on the cover of the latest issue of US Weekly magazine. The magazine claims they have broken up after three years.
However, People magazine is reporting they are still together, and they were photographed holding hands earlier this week.
Which doesn’t mean much because I remember LeAnn Rimes was photographed kissing her husband Dean Sheremet, then they filed for divorce shortly after the kiss.
If the break up news turns out to be true, I would be disappointed because I had high hopes for Timberlake and Biel as a couple. They seemed like the perfect pair.
Meanwhile, Timberlake is preparing for his upcoming role in the Facebook film “The Social Network.” Biel is currently filming “A-Team,” which is based on the 1980s television show.
Fred Durst divorcing wife of two months
It’s probably the shortest Hollywood marriage so far this year. Limp Bizkit lead singer Fred Durst and his wife Esther Nazarov are divorcing, two months after they tied the knot.
Durst made the announcement on his Twitter page Monday (Sept. 28). He tweeted “For those of you inquiring, I will confirm that Esther and I have decided to go our separate ways and we both thank you for your support. We remain very positive and wish only the best for each other.”
The couple married in July during a Las Vegas ceremony.
Although this marriage is over before it began, it still doesn’t beat Britney Spears’ record. Spears married childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004, but it was annulled two days later.
Did Alicia Keys steal someone’s husband?
The alleged “other woman” is putting R&B singer Alicia Keys on blast. The alleged “other woman” is R&B singer Mashonda. Alicia is currently dating Mashonda’s husband Swizz Beatz.
Mashonda and Swizz Beatz are currently going through a divorce, but Mashonda claims Alicia is the reason the marriage broke up. She’s accusing Alicia of stealing her husband.
Mashonda posted an open letter to Alicia. The letter is posted below.

Amy Robach, the cute news anchor that comes on NBC and MSNBC, is engaged to actor Andrew Shue. Who knew? I didn’t even know they were even dating.
Shue was a castmember on the original “Melrose Place” series for 200 episodes from 1992 to 1998. He played Billy Campbell. His sister is Oscar-nominated actress Elisabeth Shue.
Robach can be seen on “Today Show,” “NBC Nightly News” and MSNBC news programs.

American Idol contestant is getting married

The original “American Idol” runner-up is getting married this weekend. Justin Guarini will marry Reina Capodici on Saturday in Pennsylvania.
According to US Weekly magazine, the pair began dating since 2006, but they’ve known each other since high school.
Guarini was the early favorite to win the first season of “American Idol” 2002, but he was defeated by Kelly Clarkson for the title.
He eventually rebounded and became a television personality on the TV Guide Channel.
Khloe Kardashian is getting married
Khloe Kardashian and NBA player Lamar Odom are planning their wedding, according to US Weekly magazine.
Kardashain and Odom want to get married within the next few weeks before Odom reports to training camp this year with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Khloe is the latest Kardashian to have a significant event occur this summer.
Kim Kardashashian broke up with Reggie Bush in July, and Kourtney Kardashian revealed last month that she is pregnant.
Khloe and Kourtney are currrently starring in their reality show titled “Khloe & Kourtney Take Miami” which airs on the E! Channel.
Elton John adoption request denied

Angelina Jolie can adopt a hundred orphan kids, but singer Elton John cannot.
According to the Associated Press, Ukraine’s minister denied Elton and his male partner’s bid to adopt 1-year-old Ukrainian child.
The reason? Elton is too old, and he is not in a traditional marriage with his male partner David Furnish.
The child they wanted to adopt is infected with the HIV AIDS virus living in a hospital.
Although Elton and his partner married during a civil union ceremony in the United Kingdom, the Ukraine doesn’t recognize homosexual unions, so Elton’s request denied.
Sadly, that poor HIV-infected boy will have to continue living in an orphanage because the decision-maker doesn’t want him living with two men.
At least with Elton, the boy would be living in a big mansion instead of an orphanage.
3 Doors Down lead singer gets married

The lead singer of the rock group 3 Doors Down Brad Arnold married horseback rider Jennifer Sanderford during the weekend in Escatawpa, Mississippi.
According to People magazine, Arnold and Sanderford were childhood friends, but they reconnected during a blind date in 2006.
The group 3 Doors Down released several hit songs during their career, including “Kryptonite,” “When I’m Gone” and “Here Without You.”
Their latest self-titled CD was released last year and spawned the songs “It’s Not My Time,” and “Let Me Be Myself.” They are currently working on their next CD.
Attorney won’t file charges against NFL player
The San Diego district attorney will not seek charges against NFL player Shawne Merriman. The DA said the case is closed due to insufficient evidence.
Merriman was arrested Sept. 6 after MTV reality star Tila Tequila accused him of choking and physically restraining her.
Merriman released a statement saying he was concerned about Tila Tequila’s safety because she was drunk, and he tried to prevent her from driving home drunk. He also said paramedics didn’t find any injuries on Tila. He denies any assault ever took place.
Despite the case being dropped, Tila said she will pursue a civil lawsuit.
Tila is a model, singer and reality television personality.
Her show “A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila” aired on MTV in 2007 and 2008. Merriman is a linebacker for the San Diego Chargers.

I think we now know the reason why singer/actress Christina Milian and music producer Terrius ‘The Dream” Nash eloped in Las Vegas earlier this month.
Christina is pregnant with The Dream’s baby, according to US Weekly magazine. The couple confirmed their engagement two months ago, and they secretly wed in Sin City on Sept. 4.
It’s probably because Christina wanted to marry and fit into that wedding dress before the pregnancy started to effect her slim figure. Congratulations to the happy couple.
Christina recently appeared in “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” and “Bring It On” Fight to the Finish.”
The Dream recently completed songs for Mariah Carey’s upcoming CD “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel,” which will be in stores Sept. 29.
