Actress Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry broke up, according to TMZ.
The celebrity web site also claims the pair sought attorneys three weeks ago to help them work out a custody agreement involving their 2-year-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry.
Berry, 43, and Gabriel, 34, have been together since late 2005.
Jesse James comments on Sandra Bullock’s divorce decision

With the news of Sandra Bullock revealing she filed for divorce, her husband Jesse James released a statement to People magazine describing his sadness about the divorce.
The statement is posted below via People.
“My whole life has been full of hard decisions.
“The decision to let my wife end our marriage, and continue the adoption of Louis on her own, has been the hardest. The love I have for Louis cannot be put to words. Not having him around to love and to hold has left a huge hole in my heart.
Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go. Right now it is time for me to beat this addiction that has taken two of the things I love the most in life.
I have always taken great pride in proving people wrong. That time has come once again to show that I am not what everyone says I am. I know in my heart that I can be the best father possible to my four children, and the mate Sandy deserves, and realize that this is an incredible mountain to climb. But I believe that the steps I have taken in the last 30 days are the foundation for making this happen. The lifelong commitment I am making is what being a real husband and father is all about.
“I ask that you please do not judge Sandy for the things I have done. She has done no wrong. She played no part in any of this. She has been an amazing wife, mother, and best friend, for the over 6 years we have been together.”

Sandra Bullock beat Elin Nordegren to the courthouse. Bullock officially filed for divorce from her unfaithful husband Jesse James.

Sandra Bullock blind-sided us all. Behind the tears of a marriage in shambles, the Oscar-winning actress is a glowing new mom, according to People. She also has filed for divorce from Jesse James, reports the Associated Press.
In an adoption process that Sandra and Jesse began four years ago, the then-happy couple finally brought home a baby boy in January. Born in New Orleans, 3 ½ month old Louis Bardo Bullock is introduced to the public in the latest issue of People magazine.
The family, including Jesse’s children Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15 remained hush-hush about the new addition until now. Sandra will raise Louis as a single mom following the revelation that her estranged husband carried on an affair.
UFC fighter accused of attacking porn star Jenna Jameson

UFC fighter Tito Ortiz was taken to jail Monday (April 26) after he was accused of assaulting his girlfriend porn star Jenna Jameson.
Police say when they arrived on the scene Jamison had visible injuries, according to NY Daily News.
Jamison and Ortiz have twin sons together.
Larry King files for divorce

The eighth time wasn’t the charm for veteran CNN host Larry King.
King and his wife Shawn Southwick are filing for divorce after 13 years of marriage. This is King’s eighth divorce with seven different women. King married one of his former wives twice.
The tabloids are saying the marriage ended because King had an affair with his wife’s sister. However, I don’t believe those rumors because King is 76 years old.

Several celebrity-related incidents occurred during the past week that caught my attention. I’ve narrowed them down to my favorite two.
My favorite involves actress Garcelle Beauvais and her husband Michael Nilon. Beauvais is accusing Nilon of cheating on her.
Instead of staying quiet like Sandra Bullock and Elin Nordegren, Beauvais put her husband on blast by sending a mass email to his co-workers at Creative Artists Agency.
The email was obtained by the New York Post. It says “Tiger Woods, Jesse James, Mike Nilon – What do they have in common? I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys don’t deserve this! “My focus at this time is on my kids and healing the pain. There will be no further comment.”
Beauvais and Nilon have two sons together. They married in 2001. I’m sure Nilon spent his entire work day hiding his face in embarrassment.
My second favorite is Tiger Woods’ return to golf. Woods recently tied for fourth place at the Masters. Phil Mickelson won the title. It was Woods’ first tournament since his sex scandal became public.
Some people are saying Woods’ performance was lackluster. Maybe so, but the fact he came in fourth place is an accomplishment in my opinion.
He is enduring the biggest sex scandal of the decade, but yet, he was able to land in fourth place. He’s probably the only golfer who could go through that and still maintain some level of concentration.
Kevin Federline apologizes to Shar Jackson
Kevin Federline finally apologizes to his ex-girlfriend actress Shar Jackson.
Federline and Jackson have two kids together. They were in a relationship until he left her for pop singer Britney Spears.
In fact, Jackson was pregnant with Federline’s child whenever he became engaged to Spears.
Shar and Federline are both contestants on the current season of the VH1 reality show “Celebrity Fit Club.” During an episode that aired this week, Federline apologized to Jackson for the chaos he caused in her life.

Paula Patton and Robin Thicke have a baby boy

R&B singer Robin Thicke and actress Paula Patton are the proud parents of a baby boy.
Patton gave birth to the couple’s first child on Tuesday. They named him Julian Fuego.
Thicke, 33, and Patton, 34, have had a longtime love affair that started in high school.
The pair were high school sweethearts, and they married in 2005.
Thicke is the son of “Growing Pains” star Alan Thicke.
He is currently touring with Alicia Keys to promote is latest album titled ”Sex Therapy.”
Patton has appeared in various movies, including “Precious,” “Hitch,” “Idlewild,” “Deja Vu” and “Mirrors.”
Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy broke up

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy are a couple no more. McCarthy announced she has split with Carrey after five years of being girlfriend and boyfriend.
McCarthy released a statement that said:
“I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together. I will continue to be in his daughter’s life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”
Meanwhile Carrey announced the split on his Twitter page. He said:
“I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay!”
To me, this celebrity couple (along with Will Smith and Jada) was the only Hollywood couple that I thought would stand the test of time.
Carrey and McCarthy seemed like they were meant for each other.
Another woman claims affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James

The Jesse James scandal continues to cause Sandra Bullock embarrassment.
A third and fourth mistress are claiming they had an affair with James.
According to TMZ, photographer Brigitte Daguerre said she had sex with James four times since 2008 while he was married to Bullock.
She said she has 195 text messages they sent to each other.
Meanwhile, famous attorney Gloria Allred told Entertainment Tonight she is representing an alleged fourth mistress. She said
“I represent a beautiful model and business woman. James pursued her and he had strong feelings for her. She is in the process of trying to decide if she will come forward. She has proof of their relationship including hundreds of texts, emails and photos. The relationship just ended recently after the scandal broke.”
If those allegations are true, this would be mistress number three and four for James.
For those who are keeping track, mistress number one was tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, and mistress number two is stripper Melissa Smith.
Smith claims she had a two-year affair with James. I’m sure others will be coming forward soon.
DNA test confirm Beyonce’s dad Matthew Knowles has child with mistress

It’s official. Beyonce’s dad and manager Matthew Knowles is the father of his mistress’ child.
A DNA test indicated Matthew is the father of Alexsandra Wright’s son named Nixon, according to TMZ and the newspaper in Matthew’s hometown Houston Chronicle.
Last year, Wright filed a paternity suit against Knowles, and she alleges they had an 18-month affair while he was married to Beyonce’s mother Tina.
Beyonce’s mother Tina filed for divorce last year. Matthew has served as Beyonce’s manager throughout her career, and he’s helped elevate her to superstar status.
It seems like this situation is similar to John Edwards’ affair because a child was created as a result of infidelity.
At least Matthew and his mistress didn’t make a sex tape (that we know of) like Edwards’ and Rielle Hunter did.
Jesse James stole Sandra Bullock’s moment

It looks like Sandra Bullock is the latest celebrity who has become the victim of infidelity.
A tattoo model named Michelle “Bombshell” McGee told In Touch magazine she had an 11-month affair with Bullock’s husband, Jesse James.
In response, James released a statement that said:
“The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment. There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way. This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”
Bullock canceled her appearances since the allegations became public, including an appearance at the premiere of “The Blind Side” in London.
The revelations came shortly after Bullock won the Oscar for best actress in a leading role for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Touhy in the film “The Blind Side.”
After winning an Oscar, Bullock should be on cloud nine. She should be basking in the glow of winning the movie industry’s most coveted award. She should be doing photo shoots and press junkets like most award winners.
Sadly, she can’t because she would have to face multiple questions about James’ infidelity, and she would endure embarrassment.
James stole Bullock’s Oscar moment. This is worse than when Kanye West stole Taylor Swift’s moment at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Bullock hasn’t released any statements about the incident, and it’s unknown whether she plans to stay married to James.

Sandra Bullock’s husband, Jesse James, issued a public apology to his wife and children Thursday (March 18).
James has been under fire this week ever since a tattoo model gave an interview to In Touch Weekly, claiming she had an affair with James while Bullock was filming the movie “The Blind Side.”
James didn’t admit to any affair, but he apologized to Bullock and his kids for the pain and embarrassed he caused them.
His statement to People magazine is posted below.

Kevin Costner is having seventh child

Kevin Costner is having a seventh child. The 55-year-old actor is preparing to have a seventh child that will be born in June, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Costner’s wife, Christine Baumgartner, is pregnant with their child. Costner and Baumgartner have two sons and a daughter together. Costner has other children from a previous relationship.
I don’t think anyone will ever question whether Costner is fertile.
Meanwhile, Costner’s next film “In The Company of Men” will be released later this year. It also stars Ben Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones and Craig T. Nelson.
The movie is about three men trying to survive corporate downsizing at a major company, according to Internet Movie Database.
Did Jesse James cheat on Sandra Bullock?

Sandra Bullock’s film “The Blind Side” was popular among movie-goers when it was released in theaters.
It earned $253 million at the U.S. box office, and she won a best actress Oscar for the role.
The film premiered in London this week, but Bullock declined to attend the premiere due to personal reasons. Bullock released a public statement that said,
“Due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support The Blindside has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film.”
She didn’t specific details about the “personal reasons,” but her cancellation comes after reports surfaced about an alleged affair between her husband Jesse James and a tattoo model named Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.
In an interview with In Touch Weekly, the model claims she had an affair with James while Bullock was filming “The Blind Side.”

While Jesse was in Atlanta with Sandra when she started to film The Blind Side, Michelle sent West Coast Choppers a friend request because she hoped to snag a modeling gig there. She was surprised that it was actually Jesse who wrote back to her and told her to e-mail him at his personal e-mail.
From the start, Jesse wanted to meet Michelle, and it was never about business: “He started saying, ‘Do you want to hang out?’” So a week after he got in touch, Michelle drove two hours from her San Diego home to West Coast Choppers in LA. “I got there around 9 at night,” remembers Michelle, who was starstruck at first. “I was like, ‘Holy s**t. It’s really Jesse James.’”
After taking Michelle on a tour of his garage, Jesse brought her into his office and locked the door. “We ended up on the couch,” she says. “He wanted to watch movies, but I asked him, ‘What’s going on with you and Sandra?’” Jesse was evasive. “He said, ‘She doesn’t live here. She has a house in Austin. She is filming, and I can’t talk about it.’”
Assuming he and Sandra were separated, Michelle continued talking to Jesse, she says, and then, “We had intimate relations.” Michelle says she and Jesse had sex “two or three times,” that night — and began what she believed was a serious relationship, texting each other several times a day, and meeting up for sex at least twice a week for the next five weeks.

John Edwards mistress Rielle Hunter tells all in GQ magazine
Rielle Hunter (the mistress of vice presidential candidate John Edwards) gave a revealing interview in the latest issue of GQ magazine.
Hunter was thrust in the national spotlight after she had an affair and gave birth to Edwards’ baby even though he was still married ot Elizabeth Edwards.

“I could have cashed out big. But that’s not what I’m about. I love Johnny and I love my daughter more than anything in the world, and I don’t want to ever do anything to hurt them or hurt their relationship.”
“I know he loves me. I have never had any doubt at all about that. We love each other very much. And that hasn’t changed, and I believe that will be till death do us part. The love doesn’t go away. It’s unconditional. It’s unconditional on my part, but our connection is profound. There’s a lot of passion there.”
“”Infidelity doesn’t happen in healthy marriages. The break in the marriage happens before the infidelity. And that break happened, you know, two and a half decades before I got there. So the home was wrecked already. I was not the Home Wrecker.”
“Johnny really loves Elizabeth. You know, she’s the mother of his three, was four, children. And they’ve been together since I was 13 years old. You know, they’ve had a life. Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy are together no more.
A representative confirmed they they have broken up. The rep didn’t release any more details about the split.
Last March (2009) Kennedy announced they were boyfriend and girlfriend. But it’s unknown how long they were dating prior to that.
Hewitt is the star of the CBS show “Ghost Whisperer.” She became famous during the mid-1990s on the television show “Party of Five” and the horror films “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and it’s sequel.
Kennedy had roles in numerous films, including ”Malibu’s Most Wanted,” “Scream,” “As Good As It Gets,” “Bowfinger,” “Boiler Room” and “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.”
Jessica Simpson doesn’t accept John Mayer’s apology

Jessica Simpson is not happy with here ex-boyfriend John Mayer because of the comments he made about her in Playboy magazine.
Mayer gave the magazine a few details about his past sex life with Simpson. He later apologized.
Simpson appeared on the “Oprah Winfrey Show” Wednesday (March 3) and responded to Mayer’s comments. She told Oprah
“I tried to read the article, and I was so disappointed in him. It made me so sad, and it was really discouraging because that’s not the John that I knew. I hope he gets his life together. I don’t want people to know how I am in bed. He did apologize. I don’t accept it. It’s just one of those things that. I don’t resent him. I’m just going to let that go. That part of my life is over.”
Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz will star in movie together

Actress Cameron Diaz and pop singer Justin Timberlake were boyfriend and girlfriend for four years until 2007.
Now, the former celebrity couple is reuniting again–on the big screen.
Timberlake and Diaz will star together in the film “Bad Teacher.” According to Variety, Diaz will play a junior high teacher who was dumped by her boyfriend and she vies with her rival who is dating Justin Timberlake’s character.
The film is currently scheduled for release in 2012, according to Internet Movie Database Web site.
After Timberlake and Diaz broke up in real life, Timberlake began dating actress Jessica Biel, and they are still together.
If I were Jessica, I’d be very nervous.
Levi Johnston ordered to pay child support

It looks likes Levi Johnston will be using some of the proceeds he earned for his Playgirl magazine shoot to take care of his child-support obligations.
A judge in Alaska ordered him to pay $18,500 in back child-support payments to Bristol Palin for their 1-year-old son Tripp. Bristol is the daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
Johnston posed for Playgirl magazine in an effort to extend his 15 minutes of fame.
Jay-Z and Beyonce at basketball game
Celebrity power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce had front-row seats together in Dallas during an NBA basketball game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers.
The couple looked like they were having a good time at the game. Jay-Z and Beyonce usually shy away from affection in public because they want to keep their relationship private, and that’s understandable. But it was good to see them photographed together at the game.
During Beyonce’s acceptance speech at the Grammy’s a few weeks ago, she said “I love you” to Jay-Z. That was unusual because they typically refuse to show any physical or verbal affection in public.
In fact, for a long time, they refused to publicly acknowledge they were in a relationship or even married.
During an interview with Access Hollywood, Beyonce said “He was shocked. He was just like ‘What did you say?’ I was so happy, I could’ve said anything. That’s why I ran off the stage. I just looked up, and he was the first face I saw. And I was like “What did I just do?’ No, I didn’t just say that.”
Keeping their relationship private seems to be a successful formula for the happy couple. They’ve managed to stay together when so many Hollywood relationships fail due to the pitfalls of fame.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are engaged

After three years of courtship that produced two children, socialite Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden will tie the knot.
Richie made the announcement during the Feb. 15 taping of ”The Late Show with David Letterman.” Madden also confirmed the engagement by making an announcement on Twitter.
Madden and Richie started dating in Dec. 2006. Their children are named Harlow and Sparrow.
Will John Edwards marry mistress?

The National Enquirer is reporting former vice presidential candidate John Edwards is planning to marry his mistress Rielle Hunter when his divorce to Elizabeth is finalized.
Edwards’ spokesman is saying the story is completely false. Edwards has no plans to marry Hunter.
Before you immediately discredit the National Enquirer, remember that tabloid was the first news organization to report Edwards fathered a child by Hunter.
Even then, Edwards denied the affair and the child at first.
He eventually confessed to everything, and the National Enquirer was correct.
John and Elizabeth are legally separated because North Caroline requires couples to be legally separated for one year before they can file for divorce.
Former aide says he has John Edwards’ sex tape
Former presidential candidate John Edwards is the latest celebrity to have a sex tape.
Andrew Young, a former aide to Edwards, said he found a sex tape of Edwards and his mistress Rielle Hunter stashed in a box full of trash that belonged to Hunter.
The former aide made the revelation in an interview with ABC News.
Edwards admitted cheating on his wife Elizabeth Edwards with Hunter, and after months of denying it, he admitted he fathered a child with the mistress.
Young said he has no plans to embarrass Edwards or Hunter by making the tape public. Instead, he’s keeping it locked inside of safe-deposit box.
Hunter filed a court restraining order seeking to prohibit Young from possessing or distributing the sex tape that shows her being intimate with Edwards.
Meanwhile, Young wrote a damaging book about his experiences with Edwards. The book is titled “The Politician.” An excerpt is posted below. This particular excerpt describes Young’s interaction with Edwards and his mistress Rielle Hunter.
When Mrs. Edwards left Chapel Hill to start her book tour, the senator brought Rielle to his home, where she met Jack and Emma Claire and even interviewed them briefly while holding a video camera to capture their replies. (She also interviewed Edwards’s parents, who were there that afternoon.) When I went to the house to see him, I discovered her sitting in the living room curled up in a chair like a cat, with her shoes and socks off. She wore blue jeans and had a colorful scarf around her neck and sunglasses perched atop her head.
The mood in the house was relaxed and upbeat. Instead of the news blaring out of various TVs, which Elizabeth kept tuned to C-SPAN. I heard music playing. I noticed because the senator had told me he had stopped listening to music when Wade died, and I had seen him turn off music whenever it was playing. We went on a run together, following our usual route past a cow pasture full of mooing heifers and waving to neighbors who hailed us from their front porches. While we were gone, Rielle napped in Cate’s room.
That evening, we ate take-out ribs from a place called Nantucket Grill and sat on the senator’s back porch, a huge space covered by a sturdy roof. The group included me, the nanny, Heather, and her husband, Jed, the senator, his kids, and Rielle, who talked excitedly about everything from national politics to astrology. She said she had been a spiritual teacher and that she believed the future was foretold by the stars. Rielle took great pleasure in noting that John Edwards’s future was limitless, and every once in a while she punctuated her observations about him with a laugh and the line “It’s good to be king.”
As the wine flowed and Heather put the kids to bed, the senator and Rielle became more comfortable touching each other and dropped the pretense that they weren’t involved. At one point, they started musing about how the house seemed like a happy place with Elizabeth and her “negative energy” removed. Rielle talked about living in the mansion once Mrs. Edwards was out of the way. A new family would be formed, the senator said, after he and Rielle married on some rooftop in Manhattan with a celebration that would include music from Dave Matthews. As Rielle listened to the senator spin this fantasy, she smiled like a little kid who had gotten her way.
As the night wore on, clouds rolled in, followed by thunder and lightning and the heaviest rain I had ever seen. Protected and dry under the roof, we watched the water come down in sheets, and in a quiet moment the senator said, “This is the way it should be — no stress, no fighting.” “It’s good to be king,” said Rielle.
I left the house during the downpour, shaken by everything I had seen and heard. As I turned the key in my Suburban and flipped on the wipers, my once-bright future seemed to be in peril.
The next time I spoke to Rielle, she happily told me that she had spent that night in the Edwardses’ bed and slept in while the senator made breakfast for the kids and then drove them to school. She said that when he returned, he got into bed and they “made love.”
Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner broke up
Their relationship is over before it even began. Country singer Taylor Swift and “Twilight” actor Taylor Lautner have broken after three months of dating, according to US Weekly magazine.
They met while filming their upcoming movie titled “Valentine’s Day.” Swift is 20 years old, and Lautner is only age 17.
A definite reason for the split is unknown. Maybe their schedules conflicted too much, or Maybe Swift was concerned about statutory rape laws.
