It’s a real-life ‘Glee’-mance!
According to US Weekly, Mark Salling and Naya Rivera, who play Puck and Santana on “Glee” aren’t faking their onscreen chemistry! Though the pair – whose high school characters hook up on Fox’s hit “Glee” – have brushed off rumors they’re dating (“I think Mark’s a great guy,” was all Rivera, 23, would tell Us in April), a source confirms to Hot Stuff they’re an item. “They’ve been together nine months but got serious in the last three,” the insider says. Indeed. On May 19, the twosome danced at the Maxim 100 party in L.A. “At one point, a girl yelled out, ‘You look so cute together,’” says a clubgoer. “Mark just smiled awkwardly.” Three days earlier, the pair dined with pals at a Sushi Samba in NYC. But though they were with friends, “they only had eyes for each other,” a source says. “Then they left in a cab together before everyone else.”

J. LO and Marc Anthony Renew Vows

And they said it wouldn’t last!
For their sixth wedding anniversary, Jennifer Lopez, 40, and Marc Anthony – who renewed their vows in 2008 – are saying “I do” again at their new Hidden Hills, California, estate June 5.
“We realized the bets in Vegas [on whether we'd make it] stopped at five years, so we’re really looking forward to this one,” Anthony, 41, joked to Hot Stuff. “This is a big anniversary.”
And the fete will be a fine affair: “They even have a gift registry,” a source says.
Meanwhile, the couple brought their 2-year-old twins, Max and Emme, abroad when they visited France’s Cannes film festival. On May 20, Lopez and the kids were eating lunch at Hôtel du Cap Eden Roc when Max threw ketchup at her.
“It got in her hair and her face,” says an eyewitness, “but Jennifer kept her composure. She’s clearly a really good, patient parent.”
Mindy McCready: ‘I did not overdose’
Mindy McCready’s rep told TMZ the singer did not OD on drugs — she just had a bad reaction to a painkiller and her mom “overreacted.”
Brent Young, Mindy’s rep, tells us she broke her toe 2 days ago and has been complaining about the pain.
We’re told Mindy’s mom gave her four Darvocet pills this morning. Darvocet is a narcotic painkiller.
Young says Mindy told her mom that she wasn’t feeling well — possibly from a bad reaction to the Darvocet — and her mom “overreacted” and called 911.
McCready and her mom have been fighting over custody of Mindy’s son. Young says McCready’s mom may have simply been trying to make her custody argument stronger by calling the paramedics.
Young says he just spoke with Mindy, saying, “She’s totally coherent. She can’t believe her mom did this.”
Young says, Mindy wants him to call Dr. Drew to say she hasn’t fallen off the wagon.
Christina Aguilera postpones summer tour
NEW YORK (AP) — Christina Aguilera feels she needs more time to prepare for her upcoming tour, so she has postponed it.
A statement from the singer’s rep says the summer tour has been moved to 2011 because she is busy with her debut film, “Burlesque,” and her new album, “Bionic.” The film is due in November, the album on June 8.
The 20-city tour was to kick off July 15 in Uncasville, Conn., and wrap up Aug. 19 in Irvine, Calif. British singer Leona Lewis was set to open.
The statement says with so little time between the album release and tour date she wouldn’t have to rehearse the show.
A new tour will be announced later this year, and ticket refunds are available.

Jumping back into her career as a judge, Paula Abdul is set to work on a brand new show on CBS.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former “American Idol” judge will be the lead judge, executive producer, creative partner, mentor and coach on “Got to Dance” which is based on an already popular British dance competition.
The new show will involve everything from “ballroom to breakdance, bhangra to ballet and tap to tango.” The acts will compete before a panel of judges, and viewers will vote for their favorites during the semifinals and finals.
The program is likely to be a mid-season replacement, which could mean that Ms Abdul will go head-to-head with “American Idol” in 2011.

Go Daris, go!!
Oklahoma may have another “Biggest Loser.” Last season, it was Danny Cahill of Broken Arrow. This season, it just may be Daris George of Ardmore.
If you’ve been watching “The Biggest Loser” this season, you undoubtedly know that Daris has a very good shot at making it into the top 3. Last week, the bottom two contestants, Daris and Koli Palu, had to plead their cases to America as to why they deserved to be chosen for the top 3. One will stay, one will go home.
We love Daris at our house — we voted for him 12 times after last week’s show. He’s so genuine, kind-hearted and generous— it’s hard not to love him.
But it was shocking to see that in last week’s weigh in, he’d actually gained two pounds after being home for 30 days.
Daris admitted to getting up late at night and eating. Even though he was training for a marathon (which he completed in four hours and three minutes, a “Biggest Loser” record), his nighttime eating binges could have cost him big time.
Daris has already made it to his weight-loss goal. He really doesn’t have that much left to lose. Could Ashley Johnston or Michael Ventrella, who both still have a lot of weight to drop, knock him out of contention?
Tuesday is the season finale and viewers will find out not only if Daris made it into the top who will be this season’s “Biggest Loser.” The confetti will rain down on the winner — and whether he wins or loses, I’ll be talking to Daris on Wednesday.
Tune in at 7 p.m. Tuesday on NBC to find out who wins.
Judge to Lindsay Lohan: SCRAM!

A sedate looking Lindsay Lohan appeared in court this morning sporting a smart suit and newly dyed black hair. The party-happy starlet was promptly slapped with some disturbing demands from Judge Marsha Revel: stop drinking, quit the drugs, wear this alcohol monitor and submit to weekly drug and alcohol testing. She must also attend weekly Alcoholics Anonymous classes.
Further complicating LiLo’s life, she’ll have to remain in Los Angeles which means she might not be able to do the movie she’s supposed to be shooting in Texas. When Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley tried to object to the conditions, the judge said that she would be happy to list all the reasons the conditions were necessary, if he wanted her to. He didn’t.
Another court date is scheduled for July 6. If Lohan violates her probation in any way, she could face up to 180 days in jail!
Brittany Murphy’s husband found dead
LOS ANGELES (AP) — The husband of Brittany Murphy was found dead at his Los Angeles home late Sunday, five months after the Hollywood actress died, police said.
The preliminary cause of the death of British screenwriter Simon Monjack is natural causes, police spokesman Sgt. Louie Lozano told The Associated Press.
“We concluded there no signs of foul play or any criminal activity involved,” said Sgt. Alex Ortiz, another police spokesman.
Firefighters responding to an emergency call from a woman at 9:40 p.m. found the 39-year-old Monjack dead at the Hollywood Hills residence, police spokesman Sgt. Louie Lozano said. Ortiz said he didn’t know who called. Monjack and Murphy had shared their home with Murphy’s mother, Sharon.
Ortiz said that the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office was taking over the investigation because criminal activity had been ruled out, and would provide more details later on the death and circumstances surrounding it.
At his wife’s funeral in December, a visibly emotional Monjack talked about their relationship and called her his best friend and soul mate. The two married in 2007.
He had said that they had been planning a family and contemplating a move to New York.
Monjack is credited as producer and co-writer of the 2001 film “Two Days, Nine Lives” and executive producer of the 2006 “Factory Girl.”
Murphy, best known for her major roles in “Clueless,” “Girl Interrupted,” and “8 Mile” in 2002, died Dec. 20, at age 32 after collapsing in her home. The Los Angeles County coroner’s office concluded Murphy’s death was accidental, but likely preventable.
The coroner’s report said that the medications found in her system were consistent with treatment of a cold or respiratory infection. Monjack and Murphy’s mother had reported the actress was ill with flulike symptoms in the days before her death.
An autopsy found no evidence that Murphy abused drugs. Investigators had found numerous prescription medications in her home.
Bono undergoes emergency back surgery

U2 singer Bono has injured his back and had to undergo emergency surgery in a Munich hospital. He was preparing for the North American leg of U2′s “360 Degree” tour.
From his publicist:
“Bono has today undergone emergency back surgery for an injury sustained during tour preparation training. He was admitted to a specialist neuro surgery unit in a Munich hospital. Bono will spend the next few days there, before returning home to recuperate. Once his condition has been assessed further, a statement will be made regarding the impact on forthcoming tour dates.”
Get well, dude!
Liza Minnelli and Dame Edna do ‘Single Ladies’ covers
Ok, I just found the above recording of Liza Minnelli singing “Single Ladies” and all I can say is “Wow.” Apparently, it’s from the “Sex and the City 2″ soundtrack. Then, I noticed the following video by Dame Edna… This made my whole day!
The Bieb gets slammed by glass door
BERLIN (AP) — Teen idol Justin Bieber walked smack into the glass of an automatic revolving door when trying to exit a German hotel, sending his fans into a blogging frenzy.
“Ouch! I just walked into that door … my forehead hurts … I walked right into the window,” Bieber told a local broadcast team that captured the incident on camera as he was exiting the Radisson Blu hotel in Frankfurt.
Bieber can be seen in the video trying to push the automatic door, then turning to walk out, but instead smacking his forehead against the glass.
Walmart keeps toxic Miley Cyrus jewelry
www.celebrity-gossip.net reports:
Branching out into the jewelry branding world, Miley Cyrus has an exclusive line at Wal-Mart, but unfortunately it is being deemed as toxic.
According to NY Daily News, after several tests, the bracelets and necklaces branded by the “Party in the USA” singer contain high levels of toxic metal cadmium.
But even after learning of the tainted items, Wal-mart has yet to remove the accessories from their shelves.
Representatives from the jewelry industry say the items are safe as long as they aren’t “sucked, bitten, or swallowed.”
Long-term exposure to cadmium can lead to bone softening and kidney failure. It is a known carcinogen that recent research suggests can, like lead, hinder brain development in the very young, according to the report.

Lil Jon: ‘I ain’t going to buy no iPhone’
NEW YORK (AP) — Lil Jon says he’s not interested in keeping up with the trends in technology — and that includes the iPad.
In a recent interview, the rapper and producer said: “I already have a big … computer”. He called the iPad “just the latest toy.”
The 39-year-old is old school when it comes to his tech devices — he still carries the once-hot Sidekick, which he says “types really fast.”
He declared: “I ain’t going to buy no iPhone.” He also said the buttons on the BlackBerry are too small — and he has big thumbs.
Jon’s upcoming CD, “Crunk Rock,” is slated for release June 8.
Travoltas expecting baby!
The Travoltas posted this on their Website:
“It’s impossible to keep a secret… especially one as wonderful as this. We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone that we are expecting a new addition to our family. Love, John, Kelly and Ella”
Congratulations!!!
AP-John Travolta and Kelly Preston say in a statement on their websites that they “are expecting a new addition to our family.”
The couple did not specify what the addition is.
Various entertainment sites, including People.com and E! Online, interpreted the statement to mean that Preston is pregnant at 47.
Representatives for Preston and Travolta did not respond Tuesday to e-mail messages from The Associated Press.
Preston and Travolta have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella. The couple’s son, Jett, died last year at age 16. The family’s two dogs were killed Thursday in an accident at Maine’s Bangor International Airport.
Rachael Ray works to empower kids
Celebrities are always lending their names and donating money to good causes, but often it seems like it’s just a ploy for good PR. Well, that may be the case with Rachael Ray’s newest project, but she deserves good PR for it. She’s putting her culinary skills to good use by teaching kids to grow and eat healthy foods.
Ray is helping to create menus for 1,600 New York public schools. She joined New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg last week at a press event at a Brooklyn school that has built a garden where she said she wants to “empower kids” to have a “healthier relationship with food.” The program is supported by Ray’s Yum-o! organization, government and private funds. The New York school program teaches students cooking and nutrition.
That’s great, but kids are pretty limited in choosing what they eat. They rarely fix dinner for the family, and when is the last time you saw a kid choosing veggies at the grocery store? It’s their parents and school cafeteria cooks who choose and prepare their food.
When “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution” arrived in Huntington, W.Va., to try and pry the chicken nuggets and “breakfast pizza” from the grips of the schoolchildren there, it was obvious that American children aren’t eager to eat better. And the cafeteria workers didn’t seem too thrilled about having to work a little harder to provide fresh foods rather than just dumping frozen, processed chicken-food into giant Fry Daddies.
I applaud Rachel Ray for lending her name and skills to this good cause, as well as First Lady Michelle Obama for her campaign against childhood obesity. And I hope it works.
I just wish someone would lend his or her star status to a campaign to educate the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which regulates school lunch requirements and categorizes french fries as a vegetable.
It’s a girl for Schiffer!
LONDON (AP) — German supermodel Claudia Schiffer and her husband, British film producer and director Matthew Vaughn, have welcomed their third child — a baby girl.
A statement released Saturday by the couple announced the birth of their daughter but did not say what they intended to name her.
The baby was born in a central London hospital Friday afternoon. The statement says the 39-year-old model and the baby “are doing well.”
Schiffer and Vaughn married in 2002. They already have a 7-year-old son, Caspar, and 5-year-old daughter, Clementine.
A heavily pregnant Schiffer was recently featured on the cover of German Vogue.
National ‘Glee’ tour takes show to its Gleeks

- From left to right, Dianna Agron, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Dijon Talton, and Amber Riley, members of the cast of the popular television show ” Glee” perform during a concert to kickoff a national ” Glee” tour at the Dodge Theatre Saturday, May 15, 2010, in Phoenix. (AP Photo/Ross D. Franklin)
Here are the dates for the national “Glee” concert tour, which is visiting four states. Some dates have both an afternoon matinee and an evening show.
May 16 — The Dodge Theatre, Phoenix.
May 20-22 — Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal City Walk, Los Angeles.
May 25-26 — Rosemont Theatre, Chicago.
May 28-30 — Radio City Music Hall, New York.
PHOENIX (AP) — School’s out, but the “Glee” kids haven’t stopped believin’.
The cast making up the popular Fox show’s band of singing teens launched its four-city tour Saturday in Phoenix, anxious to bring the theatrics of a major network show to a relatively smaller stage.
While the show’s battling adults, played by Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison, were not part of the stage production, their absence was filled by taped messages to the audience. After an opening act by the excellent dance troupe Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, Lynch took to the screens snarling that the night’s entertainment was about to make the audience ill.
“You will be barfing,” she promised.
It was the start of an evening that only a fan would appreciate. Casual or non-viewers who paid upward of $75 per seat surely wondered why they spent so much to see costumes mostly comprised color-coordinated street clothes, or a backdrop of bleachers made to resemble a music classroom. Or perhaps pondered why the set list seemed so disjointed.
The connecting spirit of the show was deeply rooted in fan appreciation, starting with a list of song favorites from the TV show and going all the way to the cast’s dash through an ecstatic crowd as Lea Michele, in character as glee club co-captain Rachel Berry, belted out “Don’t Rain on My Parade.”
“This whole thing kind of feels like a big ‘Thank you’ to the fans because they have made the show such a success so quickly and so early on,” Kevin McHale, who plays the wheelchair-bound Artie, told The Associated Press. “So this is like giving back.”
But while the cast is happy to give the show’s rabid fans, who call themselves Gleeks, what they want, it also served up reminders that actors are behind the characters. When Corey Monteith drums during Mark Salling’s “Sweet Caroline,” Salling announces the talent as Monteith’s, instead of that of his character Finn.
It’s a confusion revisited throughout, as the cast slips in and out of character. Heather Morris offers a few hilarious observations as ditsy cheerleader Brittany, but they’re in sharp contrast to her expert dance moves.
Those impressed by the power in Amber Riley’s voice also would be surprised that she sounds much softer, much sweeter in person. Her live performance of Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful” lacked the strength of her recorded cover, though it eventually showed up in the empowering “Bust Your Windows.”
Live renditions of Chris Colfer’s “Defying Gravity” and Jenna Ushkowitz’s “True Colors” retained the poignancy and dignity of their televised counterparts. Ushkowitz’s “Bad Romance” had the audience roaring (though most of the delight might have been for the bevy of co-stars, Colfer in particular, back-up dancing in Lady Gaga costumes).
But whether the fans notice the cast’s vocals over their own echoing voices is another question. Some were so pleased to breathe the same air as their idols that they gleefully ignored a “Like a Prayer” that came in at several octaves too high or that rival club Vocal Adrenaline’s performance was a masked song-and-dance routine with no singing involved.
For a show whose hit Journey cover famously asks viewers to suspend their imagination, the pricey admission ticket is a lot to ask for a glorified high school talent show. But for Gleeks, there’s no pretending that they won’t love their favorite show come to life.
For Phoenix high schooler Reiana Hernandez, 14, who waited four hours Saturday to buy just-released tickets, it was enough “just hearing their voices live, I think that’s going to be the best.”

‘American Idol’ contract says hands off the judges!
TMZ obtained a copy of the contract every “American Idol” contestant must sign before going on the show — and one thing is perfectly clear …. Ryan, Randy, Ellen, Kara, Simon, Theodore and Alvin are not available for their pleasure.
According to the legal doc — a copy of which was filed in court because a contestant was a minor — the contestants promise the following: “Neither I nor any members of my family or my friends will enter into any personal, social, business, and or financial relationships with any of the judges, host(s), guest stars …” The prohibition runs for the duration of the show and 6 months thereafter.
But the way we see it … there’s no way the contract can bind family or friends. Nonetheless, it’s a good threat, because according to the doc, a contestant will be disqualified for violating the rule and forfeit any prize money.
And in the money department … here’s the way it breaks down.
The winner gets $175,000 when he/she starts recording … and another $175,000 when that person “delivers” the first album. If the winner gets a second album, he/she gets anywhere between $275,000 and $550,000 depending on the success of the album. As for a third album — anywhere between $325,000 and 650,000. As for a forth — anywhere between $375,000 – $750,000. As for a fifth — $450,000 – $900,000. And a six album gets the winner between $500,000 and a cool $1 mil.
The second place finisher gets $150,000 when he/she starts recording their first album … and another $150,000 upon delivery. The second album gets the runner-up between $225,000 and $450,000 and so on.
As for 3rd through 12th place — if the label signs them — they each get $100,000 when he/she begins recording album #1 and another $100,000 upon delivery … though most of them end up playing hot air balloon festivals.
And get this … according to the contract, “A.I.” isn’t required to pay incidental expenses during the show. Contestants even have to pay for their own transportation when they’re not traveling to and from the show.
Author Tyra Banks???
Tyra Banks wants to spread some truth, and a little fantasy.
The talk show host and former model has agreed to a three-book deal with Delacorte Press for a fantasy series for young people. It’s about a girl trying to keep up with the beauty game at an elite school for supermodels, or Intoxibellas.
Delacorte said Tuesday that the first novel, “Modelland,” comes out in the summer of 2011.
Delacorte is an imprint of Random House Children’s Books.
Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton engaged!
Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton, two of country music’s hottest singles, are off the market.
People.com is reporting that Shelton asked Lambert to marry him on Sunday. Kathy Best, Lambert’s publicist, confirmed the news Tuesday.
Lambert tells People the proposal came as a surprise. She says Shelton proposed to her in the woods near her Tishomingo, Okla., home.
She answered yes.
Shelton went old-fashioned, calling Lambert’s father, Rick, to ask permission.
It’s been quite the year for Lambert. She scored her first No. 1 with “White Liar,” won three Academy of Country Music Awards, including album of the year, and now she’s marrying her boyfriend of five years.
There’s no word on when the wedding will be.
Break it to me textually
Attention Tiger Woods: text messages are not your friend. After his infamous “sexts” with various mistresses publicly confirmed his infidelity, Tiger suffered a new blow this week when his coach Hank Haney resigned by SMS. But Tiger isn’t the only celebrity to suffer tough news via text message, according to mobile entertainment company Predicto Mobile . In fact, the Predicto team has put together a list of text-based splits that have made headlines in recent years.
Predicto’s Biggest Texting Break Ups and Shake Ups
I Wnt 2 Divorce U: Ending a relationship with a significant other with SMS is increasingly common, but Britney Spears brought the break-up text to a whole new level when she texted Kevin Federline that she wanted a divorce.
He’s Just Not That Into You…At All: In March 2006, Jessica Simpson was dumped by then-boyfriend Adam Levine of Maroon 5 in less than 160 characters. He allegedly wrote her: “Really busy. Need space.”
Rude Boy: While not technically a text breakup, the unfortunate 2009 altercation between Chris Brown and Rihanna stemmed from a text Brown received from another woman.
Let’s Just Be Friends: “I’ll Be There For You” was Friends’ theme song, but John Mayer communicated the exact opposite when he called it quits with Jennifer Aniston via text.
Blindsided: Many people found it hard to believe that Jesse James would cheat on Sandra Bullock since the two seemed so in love, but his nearly-illiterate texts to various women cemented the fact that Jesse had betrayed America’s Sweetheart.
XOXO Gossip Girl: Chase Crawford and Carrie Underwood decide to end their relationship after a series of back-and-forth texts. If they couldn’t even pick up the phone to call each other, no wonder they split up!
Miley Cyrus ‘Can’t Be Tamed’
Here’s the new Miley Cyrus video that’s got everyone in a tizzy– that cute little Hannah Montana is growing up fast. Too fast, according to many parents whose little girls practically worship the teen star. They think Cyrus’ new image sends a bad message to her little girl fans. Here’s what US Magazine had to say about Cyrus’ own parents’ take on the video.
What does Billy Ray Cyrus think of his 17-year-old daughter Miley’s racy new music video — which features her grinding with guys and cavorting in a $25,000 corset?
“My dad loves it,” the former Disney star tells MTV News of the vid for “Can’t Be Tamed,” which was released last Tuesday.
“I think my dad was thinking I was a little crazy while I was writing it because when you’re hearing ‘feathers coming out of your hands,’ [you think] ‘oh wow, looks crazy!’” Miley says.
“They were so proud of the treatment that I came up for it with my good friend Jamal,” continues Miley, referring to choreographer Jamal Sims.
In fact, Miley’s mom, Tish, “was on set,” she says.
This isn’t the first time Miley’s parents have defended her controversial moves.
After she pole danced at the Teen Choice Awards in 2009, Billy Ray said, “I just think that Miley loves entertaining people… I give my kids a lot of freedom to make the art they wanna make, and make it in their own voice. I think it’s important.”
Playboy ‘readers’ get 3-D centerfold
Whew, it’s been a sexy couple of days here at the gossip blog… first it was Claudia Schiffer pregnant and posing in the buff for Vogue Germany– then it was the racy photosthe Miss USA Pageant’s released. Now we’re hearing about Playboy’s foray into 3D erotica. Check this out!
AP–Playboy readers who can only imagine what it would look like if a centerfold jumped right off the page are getting new specs to help them see into Hef’s world.
MultimediaPhotoview all photos The magazine’s June edition hits newsstands Friday equipped with 3-D glasses. Now the toy that has kids dodging dragons, meatballs and tall blue aliens at the movies will help adults focus on what is, at first glance, a very blurry Playmate of the Year.
“What would people most like to see in 3-D?” asked Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. “Probably a naked lady.”
Hefner makes no secret of hoping to capitalize on the popularity of 3-D movies such as “Avatar” and “How to Train Your Dragon,” even as he makes no secret of not quite getting what all the fuss is about.
“I’m not a huge enthusiast of 3-D,” he said in a telephone interview. “I leave real life to go to the movies and 2-D is fine with me.”
If the thought of grown men sitting back in their recliners with a pair of 3-D glasses doesn’t quite say “Playboy,” it should be noted that a few months ago the magazine put Marge Simpson — yes, the blue-haired animated mother of Bart — on the cover and in a two-page centerfold.
“In today’s print environment you have to create newsstand events,” said the editorial director of the Chicago-based magazine, Jimmy Jellinek. “Marge Simpson was one of those.”
Playboy certainly must do something to get more people, especially younger people, to buy a magazine that has seen circulation plummet from 3.5 million in 2006 to 1.5 million today.
Jellinek said he hopes the issue featuring centerfold Hope Dworaczyk in 3-D also reminds people that for all the infatuation with the Internet, there is nothing quite like having a magazine in your hands.
“People want things that last and have meaning,” he said.
The thought hadn’t occurred to Hefner. But, now that you mention it:
“This particular picture is one example of how books and magazines are different (than computer images),” he said. “You can hold it in your hands, save them, and as Dad used to, put them under the mattress.”
Hefner notes there also are plenty of good old-fashioned 2-D pictures of Dworaczyk — the 51st Playmate of the Year, for those counting at home.
3-D may be all the rage, but Hefner said he first thought of using it when he launched his magazine in the 1950s.
“I actually signed a photographer to shoot two nude women in 3-D in Chicago,” he said. But he scrapped the idea when he discovered how expensive it would be to include the glasses.
This time around, HBO is helping out. HBO wanted a creative way to promote its show “True Blood,” and having Playboy include 3-D glasses with the show’s name on them seemed a good way to do it, said Playboy spokeswoman Theresa Hennessey.
So, do the glasses work? Well, it does kind of look like Dworaczyk is handing you the wine glass she’s holding. And she says the photograph makes everything a little, well, bigger.
“It’s kind of like it says on the rearview mirror,” Dworaczyk joked. “Things may appear larger.”
