Whitney Houston struggles during concert

Although Whitney Houston says drug use is in her past, people have begun speculating that she is back on drugs and her health is failing.
The rumors are stemming from concerts she recently performed overseas. During the concerts, Houston voice is usually hoarse, and she has trouble hitting high notes.
Some fans said they were so disappointed, they decided to leave during the middle of the concert.
Houston’s publicist, Kristen Foster, released a statement that said “Whitney is in great health and having a terrific time on her tour and with her fans.”
This is a standard statement from Houston’s representatives. Throughout her entire life, they’ve always said her health is “GREAT” even though we knew it wasn’t.
I don’t know what goes on the privacy of Houston’s homes, so I’m not sure whether she is having health problems or whether she experimenting with drugs again.
Unfortunately, it’s apparent the past drug use has affected her voice. It seems like she can’t hit those strong and powerful notes that made us fall in love with her during the 1980s and 1990s.
Instead, her back-up singers have to hit the notes for her.
Houston is currently on her “Nothing But Love” tour overseas where she will perform a total of seven concerts. There are currently no plans for her to tour in the United States.
A performance clip from her concert in Australia is posted below. In this clip, she seems out-of-it. But like millions of people around the world, I’m still a Whitney fan regardless.

yes she sound ok and far from her old self if your do more supporting rather than complaints it my encourage her to continue and rebuilod her voice. the vocal cords are muscles and if they are not used they become weak give her the opportunity the get them strong again

She needs to get help. She needs to stop singing, let it go. She sounds HORRIBLE. Her speaking voice is shot and she looks much older than she is. She appears to be still cracking it up. I can’t believe folks actually paid to see her. I would not go see her if she was around the corner for free. I hope she gets the help she needs and perhaps do some acting (singing is a big no no)

Watching it again,she took a bump on stage, right after she drunk some water…Just watch her motion,as her head tilts back,and when she spins around almost falls and her mouth twitches!!!!!! whitney is crazy to do it on stage,she needs help bad…………..
All of you who have nothing good to say must be saints, live in glass houses, and back yards are bloosming full of roses, and tulips. I can’t believe you people. When trails and tribulations knock on your dood I hope and pray that you have the courage to attempt to bounce back.

Whitney used to have the most beautiful voice. She could hit notes I didn’t think any human could produce. I don’t understand why she went down the road of drug abuse. She is a sad story that all young music stars she study and learn from.
Glass houses have nothing to do with it. If you get sold and buy a crap product – you usually have a right to complain about it and get your money back. And there is such a thing as personal responsibility – where in the world is hers? Touring with a voice like that (and it was like that before they decided to tour) is just insane. It’s greedy. I’ve never seen such a deceitful ‘comeback’ as this one in my life. It’s obvious she was never clean. It’s clear she’s ruined her voice.
Whitney is just coming back and I believe that it’s going to take a little time and people should be patient and stop downing her. Let her get the feel for the stage again. Let her feel the love and then she’ll continue to do great things again in the Music field. I believe GOD has something really special plan for Whitney.
Whitney I love you and the blessings and the miracles are coming. Just keep looking to the hills from which comes your help.
whitney is a great person so stop there is only one person that can judge whitney and that is the man above i love her as a person and in time she will do better aand no i don’t think she is on any drugs and if so that is her business humans talk to much and always in people business whitney has told the word before to stay out her business don’t let my girl whitney come out with a new song telling everyone again to stay out her dam business
I am such a huge fan of Whitney..but she lost it. The voice that God gave her is gone. I don’t know if it’s true that she is doing drugs..if she is what a bad example for her daughter. Wow this is sooooo sad.

She seems extremely exhausted. Perhaps touring is just to much for her. She loves the Lord and that faith will carry her through all these rough periods to a place where she is confortable and relaxed.
