Shawn King (the wife of CNN anchor Larry King) is gathering a group of musicians to remake a Michael Jackson song, according to MTV News.

The musicians will record Jackson’s 1993 song “Will You Be There.”  The song was featured on the “Free Willy” soundtrack.

I think Mrs. King should also reach out to some singers who can still belt it out. The current list, with the exception of Usher, need back-up singers to cover for them now. No offense.

How about Jenifer Hudson and Elliott Yamin?
