Nick Jonas testifies in the Senate

Jonas Brothers singer Nick Jonas spent Tuesday in Washington D.C. speaking to members of the U.S. Congress.  He’s not running for political office anytime soon, but he was lobbying for federal funding that will go toward diabetes research.
Jonas, who suffers from diabetes, spoke in front of members of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee along with actress Mary Tyler Moore and boxer Sugar Ray Leonard.
