Diana DeGarmo stalker denied bail
A woman accused of cyber stalking season three “American Idol” second-place finisher Diana DeGarmo has been denied bail this week.
Tanye Maree Quattrocchi was arrested for stalking DeGarmo in 2008 for hacking into DeGarmo’s MySpace account 700 times during an eight-month period.
This woman is pathetic. Not because she’s a stalker. But because she chose to stalk Diana DeGarmo.
Out of all the celebrities in the world, why would someone want to stalk Diana DeGarmo. She’s not that special and she’s not that famous.
I don’t condone stalking, but if you’re going to stalk someone, why not choose an A-list celebrity?

Frankie Avalon became ill before his American Idol performance
If you watched Wednesday’s episode of American Idol, you saw singer Frankie Avalon perform his song “Venus.”
Avalon told Access Hollywood that 20 minutes before the show began, an ambulance was called for him because he started shaking.
Avalon said he got the shakes because the only thing he ate during the entire day was a bag of red candy.
Avalon regained his composure, and he performed on the show, and no one ever knew anything was wrong.
Hmmm. It sounds to me like Frankie is on that anorexic diet that Mary Kate and Ashley Olson are on. No one can survive on only one bag of red candy.

Pop star Britney Spears has been getting positive reviews regarding her Circus tour. Many critics say it’s one of her best shows ever.
However, Britney recently abrutly walked off the stage during her concert in Vancouver.

Whitney Houston countersues her stepmother
Music legend Whitney Houston proved she isn’t going to bow down to her stepmother.
Whitney recently filed a counter lawsuit against her stepmother Barbara Houston for $1.6 million.
Barbara filed a lawsuit against Whitney last year claiming Whitney improperly kept $1 million from her late father’s life insurance policy.
The stepmother alleges Whitney was supposed to use that $1 million and pay off the mortgage on her dad’s home then return the remaining money to her.
In Whitney’s lawsuit filed this week, she claims her stepmother owes her $1.6 million for failing to pay the mortgage and taxes on her condo.
I don’t know who is right and who is wrong, but I do know that Whitney and her stepmother both will lose a lot of money to their attorneys.
These two lawsuits will drag out for the next several years. It’s probably wise that they both drop their lawsuits and move on with their lives.
I am a little surprised that the stepmother even filed a lawsuit. Considering the fact that she was probably living off of Whitney’s money ever since she married Whitney’s father. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

Beyonce will guest star on cartoon
Everyone knows Beyonce looks good and sounds good in real life, but we will soon find out how she sounds in animated form.
Beyonce will provide a voice-over for a character on the Nickelodeon cartoon “Wow Wow Wubbzy.”
She will do voice-overs for four episodes beginning April 27.
Meanwhile, Beyonce is on a break from her world tour which will resume April 26 in Croatia.

Harry Potter actor arrested for drug possession
Jamie Waylett will need to use some of Harry Potter’s magic skills if he wants to get out of the legal jam he is in.
Waylett (who portrays Vincent Crabbe in all of the “Harry Potter” films) was arrested in London on marijuana possession complaint.
Waylett, 19, and his friend were pulled over by police and eight bags of marijuana in the vehicle.
The story gets even better. Police then raided his home and found 10 cannabis plants.
I wonder if he was using the marijuana or if he was just selling it?
If he’s selling it, the “Harry Potter” producers should probably pay him more money so that he doesn’t have to resort to selling.

Eminem makes fun of celebrities in music video
Hip hop star Eminem’s new video “We Made You” hit the airwaves this week. The song is from his upcoming album titled “Relapse.”
During the video, Eminem makes fun of several celebrities including, Bret Michaels, Sarah Palin, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan and Amy Winehouse.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson broke up
It’s officially over between Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
The actress told E! News “We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself.”
Rumors have been swirling that the couple was having problems in their relationship, but they kept denying it.
However, photographers witnessed Ronson locking Lohan out of the house, and Lohan was forced to come clean that they broke up.
The good news for some of you girls and guys, Lindsay is back on the market (if you’re interested).

Chris Brown pleaded not guilty
Chris Brown pleaded not guilty April 6 to felony assault charges in a Los Angeles County courtroom.
The R&B singer entered the plea while standing next to his famed attorney Mark Geragos. Brown is accused of beating up his girlfriend singer Rihanna earlier this year.
Rihanna was not present during the courtroom proceeding. Brown’s next court date is April 29.

Kellie Pickler will perform on American Idol
Country singer and “American Idol” graduate Kellie Pickler will perform on Wednesday’s episode of “American Idol.”
Pickler placed sixth on season five in 2006. She has since released two country albums.
During Tuesday’s episode, the remaining contestants will perform songs that were released during the year they were born.

90210 actor involved in a fist fight
Brandon Michael Vayda, who plays Mike on the new “90210″ tv show, was involved in an outdoor fist fight, and the incident was caught on tape by TMZ.
Vayda appeared on six episodes of the new 90210.

Reba McEntire says country music women must work harder than males
Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift took home the top awards during the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) Sunday night.
Underwood won entertainer of the year and Swift took home the trophy for album of the year. This was an amazing feat for both ladies because they won in a category filled with males, and that rarely happens. 
Since the award debuted in 1970, Underwood is only the seventh woman to win the entertainer of the year award during the past 39 years.
With so many talented female vocalists in country music, why is it that women rarely take home this coveted award?
According to the Associated Press, country singer Reba McEntire said “I wish I knew. Women just have to work harder to stay in the running with the guys. It’s always been that way and the women always overachieve, in my opinion.”
The seven female musical acts who have won the entertainer of the year since 1970 are Underwood, McEntire, Loretta Lynn, Dixie Chicks, Dolly Parton, Shania Twain and Barbara Mandrell.
So why is the ACM committee so hesitant to give more women singers the entertainer of the year award? Is the committee overwhelming made up of male voters?

The rock band Fall Out Boy are going on tour and rapper 50 Cent will join them during five shows.

Madonna’s adoption request was denied
Madonna’s hopes of adopting another child from Malawi have been dashed for now.
A Malawi court ruled that Madonna can’t adopt another child from the African country because she’s not a resident.
Parents who want to adopt a child from the country must live there for at least 18 months before the adoption is approved.
Madonna adopted her son David last year from Malawi.
Many critics said that adoption was approved only because she’s a celebrity.
I’m sure Madonna will probably appeal this ruling, and she will probably end up with another successful adoption.

Jamie Foxx forces man out of hotel room
An intruder pulled a fast one on Jamie Foxx at a hotel.
According to TMZ, here’s what went down. An unknown man made his way into Jamie’s hotel room in Philadelphia after he convinced Jamie that he was Beyonce’s producer.
After Jamie opened the door, he realized the man was lying, and he had to overpower the man to get him to leave the room.
The man was later spotted near the hotel, and he was arrested on complaints of burglary, stalking and harassment.
I guess Jamie is so gullible that he will let anyone in his hotel room as long as they say they are Beyonce’s producer.
He fell for the oldest trick in the book.
