Beyonce’s concert tour dates announced
Singer and actress Beyonce has announced the dates for the U.S. leg of her world tour.
She will begin June 21 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, and the tour will conclude Aug. 2 in Las Vegas.

American Idol contestant arrested for stalking Britney Spears
“American Idol” producers tend to let a lot of crazy people audition for the show.
Miranda Tozier Robbins (who auditioned for American Idol) was arrested after she was caught peeking into Britney Spears’ windows at her California home.
At the time of her arrest, Robbins was wearing camouflage clothes and she had a camera.
She was arrested on complaints of trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Ironically, when Robbins auditioned for the fifth season of American Idol, she sang “Everytime” by Britney Spears.
Last year, another American Idol contestant committed suicide outside of Paula Abdul’s home.

Billy Ray Cyrus responds to Jamie Foxx’s comments about Miley
UPDATE: (April 16) Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus responded to the comments that Jamie Foxx said about his daughter Miley Cyrus.
In an interview with “The Bonnei Hunt Show,” Billy Ray said “It was hurtful. There wasn’t nothing funny about it. And, quite frankly, I think if I said those things about his daughter, he might not find it so comedic.”

UPDATE: (April 14) Jamie Foxx apologized to Miley Cyrus for making negative comments about her.
While appearing on the “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno April 14, Foxx said “I so apologize to Miley, and this is sincere. I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far.”

It looks like Jamie Foxx is no fan of Miley Cyrus.
During a radio show that aired on Sirius satellite radio Jamie said “Who is Miley Cyrus? The one with all the gums? She need to get a gum transplant. Make a sex tape and grow up. Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and get some crack in your pipe. Catch chlamydia on a bicycle seat.”
Jamie was referring to the feud between the band Radiohead and Miley Cyrus.

Jamie was defending Radiohead, and that’s why he made those comments above.
I’m not sure what Jamie has to gain by bashing a 16-year-old girl. He should probably leave the little kids alone and stick to picking on adults.
But regardless, Jamie is still one of the funniest and most talented entertainers out there.

Octomom seeks to trademark her nickname
The Octomom Nadya Suleman is doing everything she can to make some money.
First, she was in talks to create her own reality show. Now, she’s trying to trademark the name “Octomom.”
According to The Smoking Gun, Suleman filed a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that would give her the right to use the name Octomom.
Suleman wants to use the name Octomon as a clothing line and a line of diapers.
It’s good that she has some entrepreneurial skills, but I can’t imagine anyone buying clothes that this woman makes. And I certainly can’t imagine anyone buying diapers that she created.

Hip hop producer arrested for stealing a vehicle
Hip hop producer Scott Storch has produced numerous hit songs for musicians, but apparently he didn’t earn enough money to buy his own vehicle.
Storch is accused of leasing a Bently but never returning it after the due date. It took the leasing company seven months before they finally located the vehicle.
Storch was arrested and charged in connection with the incident, but he pleaded not guilty to the accusations. His mugshot is posted above. (courtesy of TMZ).

Cosby Show actress to star in reality show
Rudy Huxtable is returning to television.
Actress Keshia Knight Pulliam, 30, will star in her own reality show along with her boyfriend entrepreneur Kaseem Penn.
The show titled “Keshia and Kaseem” will air sometime later this year on the Oxygen network. Cameras will follow Pulliam and Penn around while they go through their daily routines.
Pulliam starred as Rudy Huxtable on “The Cosby Show” from 1984 to 1992. She recently starred in “Madea Goes To Jail.”

Garrett became angry at two papparazzi guys (one of them appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent) and he told them speak English and wear a turban.

Mel Gibson and wife don’t have a prenup
Everybody probably wishes they were Mel Gibson’s estranged wife right now because she’s about to get paid.
His wife Robyn Gibson filed for divorce this week, and according to People magazine, the couple does not have prenup.
Therefore Robyn is entitled to half of Mel’s fortune which is estimated near $1 billion.
Many legal analysts say this could possibly be the biggest divorce settlement in history.
The couple married in 1980 before Mel was an extremely wealthy actor.
You can’t really criticize him for not getting a prenup. I’m sure in 1980, he didn’t imagine that he would ever have such a large fortune.
But now, I bet he would do it differently if he had the chance.

Jessica Simpson dropped from country record label
Jessica Simpson’s country music career has come to an end.
According to the Associated Press, Simpson and the Sony Music Nashville record label have split up. She still has a contract with Sony, but she’s no longer with the country division.
Her country music album titled “Do You Know” was released last year. It only sold 178,000 copies.
Simpson had high hopes that she could reach stardom in the country music industry like she did with pop music. But apparently, the country music fans weren’t impressed.

Is Simon Cowell leaving American Idol?
American Idol judge Simon Cowell gave an interview to a London newspaper and said his hectic schedule might cause him to leave “American Idol” whenever his contract expires.
He told the Mirror, “Most people do one show a year and I do three and they involve a lot of traveling. One may have to go. I don’t know which one. That is the problem, I like all of them. I can’t imagine not doing ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and I can’t imagine not doing ‘X Factor.’ But I guess America (Idol) is more likely to go because I have got one year under contract. Maybe that will be the end.”
“I don’t want to come over as whiney because I am very grateful that I have got these jobs, But there is a point where I am not sure we can keep this schedule up. It takes longer and longer to make these shows because you have to put more into them, and I am not sure we can sustain me doing three shows a year, with the record label and the TV production company.”
In addition to being a judge on “American Idol,” Simon is also a judge on “X Factor” and “Britain’s Got Talent” which airs in Europe.
I’m sure Simon is a very busy guy, but I think he’s bluffing. I don’t think he will ever leave “American Idol” regardless of how busy his schedule is. It has become the ultimate cash cow for him.
Remember last year, when Paula Abdul threatened to leave “American Idol?” She quickly came to her senses and showed up to the taping of the show.

Music producer found guilty of killing actress
Legendary music producer Phil Spector was found murdering actress Lana Clarkson.
According to the Associated Press, a jury deliberated for 30 hours before reaching a conclusion.
Clarkson was found dead in her mansion six years ago with a gunshot wound to her mouth.
Spector produced songs for Ike and Tina Turner, John Lennon and The Righteous Brothers. Clarkson starred in “Death Stalker” and “Barbarian Queen.”
Look at Spector’s face in the photo above. Doesn’t that crazy face look like the face of a killer?

Quentin Tarantino will be on American Idol
Film director Quentin Tarantino will be the guest on Tuesday’s episode of “American Idol” (April 14).
This week’s theme is Songs of Cinema, and the contestants will be sing songs that were featured in movies.
Tarantino will mentor the contestants. Tarantino directed “Pulp Fiction” “Kill Bill” and “Jackie Brown.”
He also served as a guest judge on American Idol during season three.

Stevie Nicks doesn’t want Lindsay Lohan to portray her
Fleetwood Mac lead singer Stevie Nicks isn’t shy about letting everyone know she not a fan of Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay has expressed interest in potraying Stevie in a biographical movie.
In an interview with The New York Times, the reporter asked what Stevie thought about Lohan wanting to portray her in a film.
Stevie replied “Over my dead body. She needs to stop doing drugs and get a grip. Then maybe we’ll talk.”
It’s understandable if she doesn’t want a drug user portraying her in a film. But keep in mind, Stevie used to be a drug addict in her younger days as well.
So, she shouldn’t see anything wrong with a drug user portraying her in a film. Especially if Lindsay plays a young Stevie Nicks whenever Stevie was on drugs.

Octomom might star in a reality show
The Octomom (Nadya Suleman) is considering using her children obsession and turning it into a reality television show.
According to People magazine, The Octomom and has met with four production company’s to discuss allowing cameras to follow her and her 14 children around during their daily life.
Of course she will probably recieve a huge salary. She’s going to need it because it’s going to take a lot of money to support 14 children.
Most people will probably disagree with me, but I think a reality show is a smart move for her.
Now that she has 14 children, she’s not going to be able to work a regular 9 to 5 job because she’s not going to be able to afford a babysitter for 14 kids.
A reality show will probably be the only way she will make an income.

Sinbad and Dionne Warwick owe millions in taxes
Comedian Sinbad and singer Dionne Warwick apparently haven’t been paying all of their taxes to the IRS.
According to the Associated Press, Sinbad owes $2.5 million and Warwick owes $2.2 million.
I think this might be a mistake. Sinbad and Wawick haven’t had a real job during the past 10 years or so. How the heck can they possibly owe millions of dollars in back taxes whenever they don’t even have a job?

Ex-girlfriend of CSI Miami actor sues for $1.2 million
She never was even married to him, but “CSI Miami” actor David Caruso’s ex-girlfiend is suing him for $1.2 million and a house.
The ex-girlfriend Lisa Marquez claims Caruso promised that he would support her financially even after they broke up.
This woman is sad and naive. She actually believed that a guy was going to keep giving her money even after they broke up even though they weren’t married.
The couple does have two children together. I’m not sure whether Caruso is paying her child support.
She never mentioned a lack of child support in the lawsuit, so I assume that he does pay.
