American Idol contestants will perform Michael Jackson songs
When the top 13 American Idol contestants perform on the show Tuesday night, they will be singing Michael Jackson songs.
Michael Jackson will be the theme of the song selections, and the contestants will have big shoes to fill.
What I find ironic is that idol judges criticized a contestant for performing a Michael Jackson song during a previous episode.
They felt like Jackson is such a legend and his songs are so popular that no one should try to redo them.
I guess the producers of the show though differently.
It should be interesting to see how well these contestants can pull off a Michael Jackson song with trying to imitate him.
Also, Kelly Clarkson and Kanye West will perform on Wednesday’s results show.

HUGE mistake. The contestants will need to completely redo the songs (ala Cook last year) to avoid disaster. I have a feeling this show is gonna be painful to watch. – Looking forward to Kelly and Kanye’s performances on the results show though!
