Former NBA star Charles Barkley pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, and he will serve a five-day jail sentence, according to KTAR in Arizona.
The charges stem from a New Years Eve incident where he pulled over for running a stop sign
He was taken into custody after authorities determined his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I know they’ll let him ago after 2 days because of “good behavior” and “over-crowding”…. And I think he shoulda got more time, because we get killed by drunk drivers daily, and I think that he won’t learn his lesson with only 5 days in jail. At least 30-90 days woulda been more sufficent and they woulda got their point across more clearly… Come on now, 5 days, they’re just doing that, just so they can say that they gave him jail time, just incase people wanna say that he got off scott-free because he’s a celebrity.
