Miley Cyrus sued for $4 billion
A woman filed a lawsuit against teenybop singer Miley Cyrus this week, and you’ll never guess how much she is being sued for–$4 billion. Yes, $4 billion with a “B”
Cyrus was photographed slanting her eyes in a picture, and many people in the Asian-American community were offended. The plaintiff, Lucie Kim filed the $4 billion lawsuit saying she is representing one million Asians who live in Los Angeles County.
Cyrus said she wasn’t making fun of anyone’s ethnicity in the photo. She claims she was just making a goofy face.
Whether you believe her, the fact is she can’t afford to pay that $4 billion lawsuit. She’s a millionaire, but she’s nowhere near being a billionaire. She’s not Oprah.
The plaintiff should reduce the lawsuit to $1 million, then she might have a better chance of winning.

Who cares if you made that face when you were young. You say it like it’s a good thing. It’s ignorant. Of course you didn’t get sued! You’re not a celeb. That Asian lady sued Miley Cyrus because Miley is famous and I’m sure she wanted to humiliate her. For 4 million dollars… Yeah, THAT’S STUPID. But Miley making that face… It’s offensive.
This is beyond redicilous!!! This lady has lost her damn mind… She won’t get anything, and I was the judge, I’d throw her in jail, for being a dumb bitch!! Miley is 16, and I believe her, when she said that she was just making a wierd face!! But, I bet she’ll end up settleing out of court… This is worst than fat people that sue fast-food resturants, almost they have a justifiable excuse!! This lady is dreamin’… Or may she’s just plain crazy!! I’m wishing Miley the best of luck with this case and I’m hoping that the judge will dismiss it without allowing any type monetary settlement!! Oh wait… Maybe he should just make Miley give a free concert to the Asian community!! Because I’d be so happy with that!!!!
