Blogger pleads guilty to leaking Guns N’ Roses music

Kevin Cogill, a blogger, pleaded guilty in a Los Angeles courtroom to leaking nine songs from the Guns N’ Roses album titled “Chinese Democracy.”

The blogger was accused of leaking the songs on his blog Web site.  As part of the plea deal, he will be sentenced to probabation.

I want to know why is the blogger the only person who is being punish in this incident.

Why isn’t anyone one from Guns N’ Roses record company being punished too?  How do you think the blogger got the songs in the first place? Obviously it was someone from the record company, or a producer or a songwriter, or even a Guns N’ Roses band member.
