Hugh Jackman will host Academy Awards
It’s been announced that actor Hugh Jackman will host the upcoming Academy Awards, and I’m disappointed at this particular choice.
Just because People magazine named him the sexiest man alive, that doesn’t mean he’s capable of pulling off hosting duties at the Oscars.
Typically, they choose hosts who have comedic skills, but Hugh Jackman has none whatsoever.
I could come up with a list of acceptable hosts that they could have chosen from–Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Jim Carrey, Mo’Nique, Jamie Foxx, just to name a few.
If Hugh Jackman is hosting, I predict it will be yet another boring awards show.
