Pro golfer John Daly was arrested at a Hooters restaurant this week for being too drunk.
According to Bloomberg News, Daly was drunk and uncooperative and he refused to leave the restaurant in North Carolina. So, he was taken to jail until he sobered up.
Customers at Hooters are known to get a little rowdy. But Daly took it overboard. Oh well. At least he had fun.
Daly won the B.C. Open in 1992 and was named PGA rookie of the year in 1991.

Gays and lesbians have so few role models and spokes-people to go to bat for us. Therefore, it is an immence dissapointment when we are sold out by the likes of Elton John! What could he have benn thinking? Obviously, he wasn’t. A mere one million dollars certainly could not have been the motivating force. I am sure the mere loss of a million dollar gig would not have qualified him for food stamps. Hopefully this petition will do some good. He needs to donate ALL of the money to a worthy LGBT related cause ASAP.
