Judge prohibits the release of Anna Nicole Smith breast surgery tape
It looks like the public won’t get to witness the late Anna Nicole Smith’s breast surgery.
A judge ruled that a Texas doctor will not be allowed to release a tape of Smith undergoing breast enhancement surgery from 1994.
Since Smith died of a drug overdose in Feb. 2007, the doctor has been trying to release the tape to the public.
Some of you might be disappointed that you won’t get to look at this tape. But keep in mind, you can always see EVERY aspect of Anna in the Playboy magazine archives when she was the Playmate of the Year in March 1992.
