My husband and I would eat there on occasion when visiting our son who lived in one of the apartments in the Montgomery House. It was always very good. Hate to see it close.

Nooooooooooooo!!! Trattoria is the ONLY good Italian restaurant in town. We need to help them find a new location maybe in midtown or near Elemental. I am so sad. I love Trattoria!

Wish I could say I’m surprised, but I’m not. I blame Oklahoma City for dragging their feet on this Project180, and I know I am not the only one. When it takes 2-3 weeks for an inspector to come out and inspect a water pipe so work can continue, it’s no wonder this thing is taking so long. How Tratt has stayed in business this long is beyond me. It’s a crying shame though that they made it through the rough part and now that the street is passable they are closing. Thanks for hanging in there guys for as long as you have. I’ll miss all of you and the dedicated staff who work there. I’ll also miss running in to the Governor, and other VIP’s who like to eat there on occasion. Good luck to ALL OF YOU there at the Trattoria.

This deeply saddens me. Chef Christine is a wonderful talent and I have so enjoyed all the meals I have eaten there. She and her excellent staff have created an atmosphere that feels like family every time you walk through the doors. I feel like a really close friend is moving away. There will be a huge void in downtown OKC. I love Chef Christine and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the fabulous meals and fun. You are the best. P.S. My brain is now trying to think of creating events just so Aunt Pittypat’s can cater. God’s blessings on you and Maggie.
