I love both restaurants. I am a meat lover, but have been practicing Meatless Mondays for well over a year now and look constantly for places to lunch at where I can have a delicious meal without meat.

I agree with you on 105 Degrees. Many people will be slightly intimidated by the restaurants approach to food. I love the concept and think we do need a great vegan raw food restaurant and do hope they are successful. It is however rather pricey, and their creations take a large amount of time to produce, which rules it out as a lunch spot for many diners who may want to try this lovely place.

Coolgreens however has been my go to restaurant for Meatless Monday. The food is delicious, reasonable and still a great meal in a lovely environment.

I wish both of these restaurants success.
